Unfortunate Omega

The talk

      Finally, it's time for the big fight I get up straight from the bed and head for the door. I'm finally going to be able to feel like myself again it's finally happening. I don't even say good morning to anyone I go straight to the gym and start my workout. Not even able to hide smile on my face I go straight to the locker room and get ready I'm trying to squeeze in a bit of the workout before I hit the rink I know who I'm fighting he's strong but lacks skill. I put on my workout shorts and go through my strategy. I'm younger than him and a bit faster I can use this for my vanish. I was stepped out to the weights not even deserve my surrounding. All of a sudden I feel a hand on my shoulder slightly turn around hearing a familiar voice. ''Good morning'' says Colt '' I didn't see you at breakfast did you just come straight here.” I turn around and smile at him''I'm just a little excited” Colt looks at me and rolls his eyes'' so you are really going through with this?'' he said nervously. I look over at him again'' so I take it you're not going to come?'' With a hint anger in his voice he Softly yelled at me'' Felix remember your JUST an omega ...... they'll kill you out there!'' He warned. I looked at Colt I couldn't believe what he just said'' Colt,you have to believe me...... this isn't my first time fighting.'' Colt rolled his eyes and begin to walk away'' I'm not going to watch you kill yourself or.......'' he said as he began to walk off. I set up straight and began to yell stopping him in his tracks ''I'm not going to die!...... I'm not as weak as you think I am!'' His eyes widened at my sudden raise in my voice ''whatever man ''he said almost defeated. Frustrated I stand up from the workout bench ''Colt I would really like you to be there.'' He turns his back to me and begins to walk to the front door ''I have a client later ....this evening...... but I am going to be sending a few of my friends a couple Alphas just in case you need help.'' I run up next to him quickly ''what do you mean 'in case I need help?” He takes a deep breath and puts his hand on my shoulder ''I didn't mean anything by it Felix... I just..... please try to be safe and ...... I promise ........ I'll be there your next fight sorry I've been such a pain.''he apologizes. A smile spreads across my face ''thanks Colt that means a lot.'' He pulls his hand away and begins to walkout the door again ''don't make me regret this ''he says as he opens the door and give me a wave goodbye. 'Regret this' I think to myself what does he have to regret. Putting it in the back of my mind I walked back to the locker room to get ready for the big fight.    

   Colt's P.O.V.

 As I walk out of the gym reach for my phone in my pocket. I can't believe he's really going through with this. I grabbed my phone and quickly look around to see if I'm alone. I open my phone and look through my contacts finally there's Moana's phone number. I quickly pushed the contact and put the phone to my ear waiting for her to answer. Soon I hear her voice on the other side “why are you calling me so early ?''she says tiredly. ''You're going to that fight tonight right ''I say with anger in my voice. ''Yeah yeah, I'll be there ''she says a bit annoyed.'' ''I mean it Moana you have to be there !''she pauses for a moment ''it's not like I can do anything with that Alpha blocker in his ear.'' I roll my eyes in annoyance remembering about the alpha blocker ''don't worry about that I'll take care of everything you have to make sure that that Beast doesn't get out of control ''I say with a warning. ''Why do I have to do it I'm sure you have other alpha friends? ''she was questioning me. I take a deep breath ''because for some reason he fears you ....we can use that to our advantage.'' I quiet my voice as two people walk past me.'' Okay Colt, I'll be there ... I don't know why you insist on making me the bad guy.'' ''Because for some reason he fears you I can see it in his face anytime I mention your name.'' I can hear her breath deeply on the other side of the phone. ''Is that the only reason why you called me here to control your little friend'' she says annoyingly. I look around once more to make sure no one's around'' Look Moana .....he's not my friend,he is my assignment he cannot get out of control do you understand me!'' I say almost yelling. Moana goes silent for a second ''okay,I'll do what I can but you have to take care of that Alpha blocker ... Got it.'' I sigh in relief ''don't worry about it I'll take care of everything just keep an eye on him....he can't meet his deserter side that would be bad for all of us.'' ''I know I'll be at the fight don't worry you do your part I'll do mine ''she says a little more confident. ''And Moana, it's not necessarily bad thing for you to be a deserter's Boogeyman.'' I say half-jokingly. ''Don't worry Colt, I'll always be his Boogeyman and after tonight he'll never think about fighting again I'll talk to you later okay.'' My eyes widen at her response as I look at the sky ''what are you going to do?....on second thought don't tell me I'll talk to you later.'' I say is I hung up the phone. I put the phone back in my pocket and head back to the Omega safe house. How will I be able to switch he's Alpha blocker before the fight?
