                         Slowly the door shuts behind Anna as the sound of the lock echoes through the room. On the other side of the door I hear a small female voice it's Amber. “Felix are you back to normal?” she asks I move closer to the door, so she can hear me without yelling to try not to scare her. “Yeah.... I'm back to normal I really need to shower and eat some food” I say through the door. Slowly I hear the lock click in the door nob rattles, I grab the handle and swing it open the rest of the way. Finally, after an hour in the shower I feel like myself again, I quickly dry off and put on some clean clothes and head back to the kitchen. My stomach growls in anger as soon as I get to the kitchen I notice that the rest of the girls are back busy making dinner. “Oh, Hey there” Sandy echoes through the house “hi Sandy” I say shyly. Sandy looks at me almost embarrassed “Hey about what happened.....” I put my hand up cutting her off “no reason to bring that up it was a bad mistake for all of us.” Sandy gave me a nod and turned around continuing to making dinner “well you can take a seat over there and wait for dinner” she says pointing to the lander, I move to the lander and take my seat as the door open slightly. We all look up to see Colt walk through the doorway staring at us “oh Hey guys ....how are you Felix?” he asks squinting his eyes I smile briefly “much better than before....... it was an experience for sure.” I say trying not to blush thinking of my vision. Colt nods and looks at Lily crossing his arms “young lady, you need to be more careful.... you could have harmed a lot of people.” Lily looks down at her feet “I'm sorry... I guess ... I didn't get the dates right.” Amber rushes to her side “it's not her fault” Amber yells at Colt. Colt not looking faced takes a step forward “she needs to be on top of these things it is very dangerous specially in this town.” Lily shakes her head “I know I'll be more careful I've already talked to my mother about getting some heat blocking pills while I study here.” Colt crosses arms over his chest tighter flexing his biceps “do you have any idea how bad this could have gone if me and Felix went into a rut??” I quickly looked down at the ground trying not to think about it, he was right to be mad. Lily crosses her arms around herself trying to make herself as small as possible “it won't happen again ... I promise” she finally says. Amber throws her arms over Lily “I watch over her too.” “I'm going to hold you to that” Colt says in a fatherly voice. Sandy finally comes over and smacks Colt in the chest “it wasn't her fault being in a new place can sometimes throw off your cycle we should have been more prepared and maybe not have any of you guys around the next time we have new cumbers come in..... in a way it's all of our faults” she says defending Lily. Colt nods in her direction a takes a seat at the lander “this is still no excuse for this .....it could have been terrible.” Anna finally turns around “yes, it could have been bad ...but it's not so let's move on and eat I'm starving” she yells at Colt shuting him up. I smile at her “sounds like a great idea to me” Anna blushes a little and slides me a bowl of Stew. I am more than happy to finally have some food in my stomach as I notice Colt turned around and staring at my door. “Hey what happened there?” he finally asks I turn around and look at my door and notice that scratch marks up and down the outside of the door. I look at him confused “don't look at me, I was locked inside” Sandy shakes her head “we just had a little situation it's fine we took care of it nothing to worry about” she says. Anna turns around quickly hiding her now blushing cheeks “yeah, nothing to worry about now” Colt and I look at each other oddly as we turn around to finish our meals “ok if you say so” Colt says as he digs into his hot dinner.
