Unfortunate Omega

Private job

                A week after my first rut things started to get back to normal I was hired as a personal trainer for an insurance company just basic stuff the CEO of the company wants a personal trainer there for personal gym. Even though me and Anna's relationship seem to be different, I couldn't put my finger on why she is just so awkward around me. It's not like she could read my mind I know my rut took a weird turn when I would constantly had visions of her, it's not like she was even there to begin with. I almost feel like she is reading my mind, its so awkward I can barely look at her or keep a conversation with her without feeling dirty. We are only friends after all it would just be awkward if anything romantic would ever happen between us, I could never stand in her way in finding her mate. I find it easier just to keep my distance and focus on my work.

                    The alarm clock goes off and jolting me out of a deep sleep I sleepily look at the alarm clock 3 AM I roll my eyes and lay back on to my back. 'I hate getting up so earlier' I groaned to myself ever since I started this new job a lot of the clients like to squeeze in a workout at 4 AM. I close my eyes again trying to get to my feet, 'you're always grumpy when you don't get enough sleep' I hear Conan in my head. 'Oh shut up, you are not any better in the morning' I said to him through our link. 'See what I mean always grumpy in the morning' I shake my head and get to my feet heading to the kitchen. Everyone seems to be asleep except for Sandy who has a very odd smile on her face. I close the door behind me, she jumps an screams as she turns around. "God, Felix, why do you always have to sneak out?" "I'm sorry Sandy it's not my fault I have to get to work at godly hours these rich folks like to have a morning workout..... Why can't they just go for a run like a normal person." Sandy giggles, "what time are you supposed to be there?" I reach into the fridge and grab out a bottle of water, "4 o'clock." Sandy eyes widen "you do realize its daylight savings time" I look at her and shake my head "so what is that mean?" "That means it's not 3 o'clock right now, its 4 o'clock!" My eyes widen as I realize what time it is, "Oh s**t!!" I say as I run to the door, slamming it behind me and take off to the bus station. On the bus, all that is running through my mind is 's**t I'm going to be late ... I'm going to be late these people like to guilt-trip you if you're even a minute late how are they going to act if I'm an hour late.'

                          As soon as I get to the building I run to the security guard showing him my past and sprint up the stairs avoiding the elevator altogether continuing to run down the hallways to the gym. It's dark there are no lights on and no one is there, I take a deep breath in and pull out my cell phone to look at the time, it's only 3:30 a.m. I take another deep breath and I realize what Sandy did, she tricked me into getting out of the house earlier. I close my eyes take aother deep breath even though I'm happy I'm not late, 'I am so going to get Sandy back for this.' I say to myself as I moved to the bathroom to take a quick shower and get ready for the day. No one will be in for a while, so I take my time with the shower there's only one bathroom with a shower that is shared. I close my eyes and let the warm water drip over my head, enjoying every sensation until I smell something that reminds me of Jasmine and vanilla. I breathe in again really deeply and look at shampoo, 'could it be this?' I think as I take a quick smell of the shampoo bottle to see if that is what the smell is coming from. Not only that, but I hear a faint sound from outside the shower, "is someone in there?" The voice echoes around the room it shocks me and I drop the bottle on the floor yelling "yeah .... I'm here I'm here, give me a minute" I say frantically. The beautiful smell of jasmine and vanilla seems to get stronger as I hear footsteps coming to the shower, I look at the curtain "could you give me a minute?" I say little desperately. "Yeah, are you the trainer?" The female voice says sweetly, "yeah... I just tried to squeeze in the shower I'll be right out, just wait for me outside." I see her shadow slowly walk away as the door shuts behind her, I breathe in a couple more times as I hear Conan growl in my head 'what's wrong with you?' I ask nervously. Conan growls again 'do you realize what's happening stupid..... she's your mate.' My eyes widen as he says this, 'are you sure?' I say back to him 'yes I'm sure, only reason why you didn't notice it yourself is because I'm not jumping around like some lippi Wolf.... but yes she is your mate.' I take another deep breath in and grab my towel excited to see the face of mine mate my one true love. Without even bothering to get dressed, I run to the door and swing it open to see a beautiful cherry blonde with ocean blue eyes standing before me. Her eyes widen as she looks at me, I breathe in almost afraid to say anything until one word just crosses my lips "mate"

                     She pauses for a moment and looks directly in my eyes almost afraid to say anything at all then her mouth opens with only three words "I am Daisy." Without being able to stop myself I take a step forward, "what a beautiful name." I say just loud enough for her to hear, "my name is Felix." She looks down and begins to blush worried that she was not happy with what she sees, I followed her eyesight only to realize that I was still in my towel. I quickly grabbed the hem of it put my hand up "maybe I should get dressed, can you wait for me?" She gave me the prettiest smile "of course I wait for you, I've been waiting for you my whole entire life." She says as she blinks, I flash her my most devilish smile and run through the door quickly throwing on some clothes. How could I get so lucky to have a beautiful woman like her as my mate. I exit the showers I realized as she is sitting next to the desk with someone else it seems like another client has just entered. They seem to be in a deep conversation as I get closer not really sure what to say I stand there for a second until they realize I'm there. Daisy's eyes immediately catch mine, and she starts to blush the other one begins to look up and recognize me "oh Felix, are you ready to train today? I'm your 4 o'clock appointment, Mrs. Mitchell." As reality brings me back to earth I turned my attention to Mrs. Mitchell, absolutely look down at my cell phone for the time she laughs for a second. "I know I'm a bit early, but I figured me and Daisy here would try out a new workout together, I hope that's not a problem?" I look at Daisy once again and give her a side smile "not at all, I have no problem training beautiful women" I say in my most flirtatious way. Mrs. Mitchell laughs and begins to blush as I look at Daisy, she looks mad and almost jealous. She gets up "come on Mitchell let's get this workout over with, so we can get to work, I can see Felix here has a lot to do" confused I nod my head. 'Did I say something wrong' I think to myself as we got to the first equipment Daisy throws down her bag almost hitting me in the leg. I looked at her shocked Mrs. Mitchell put down her stuff an look in my direction "I'm not sure what you did young man, but I would apologize now, or it'll be a long work day for the both of us." I gave her a little nod a looked at Daisy "hey" I said with a long pause Daisy looked at me with anger in her eyes "did I do something wrong?" I asked honestly, Daisy shakes her head "I know I just met you and I shouldn't feel this way, but I don't like the way you look at Mrs. Mitchell" she says as she clenches her fists to her sides. Likewise, I smile "I know what you mean" I say as I give her a weak smile" how about after work we get together and talk about this?" Daisy looks at me almost surprised, "do you think I'm being silly?" She asks as she looks away from my eyesight. I slowly get her attention once more, "I think I'd be worried if you weren't a little jealous, but trust me I've waited for you my whole life too, and I think we need to talk." She nods her head slowly and walks over to Mrs. Mitchell, it wasn't either long until the whole workout was over. I as covered in sweat and grabbed a towel to wipe off my face but soon as I turned to take the towel down Daisy and Mrs. Mitchell were walking out. I slowly picked up my speed to run up next to Daisy, she quickly turned the corner and shook her head no before I was even able to say anything. Another client of mine entered the gym ready to work out "Felix "I heard a yell from behind me only I turn around to see a young businessman in full workout gear. "Whatever you say, "I say with a deep sigh.

                      The rest of the day went on as usual I was getting to believe maybe I made the whole finding my mate thing up maybe it is Daisy was a figment of my imagination, or she was so disgusted that I was an Omega that she decided she would just reject me. I close my eyes in frustration, 'I don't know what I did so wrong' I think I got my street clothes on and headed out the door passing the security guard. I peeked through the doors I notice it was raining I sighed deeply and decided to stand by until the rain let up or until the bus came whatever happened first. I closed my eyes and tried my hardest to remember every detail of Daisy's face, a smile slowly creeped up on my face. As I stood there like a lovesick puppy, I didn't notice the footsteps or the door open behind me until a very delicious smell hit me. I slowly opened my eyes and looked beside me there was Daisy with her beautiful work clothes on, she looked up at me and smiled. "So my big strong mate is afraid of a little water... would you like a ride home? You know, so we can get to know each other a little better," she said innocently. I smiled at her "that would be great" she smiled brightly like she just won the lottery. "Where do you live?" without thinking I muttered out "Omega Safe House about two blocks away." "Omega safe house" she repeated back, "Are you a guard there or something?" Deciding that I can't build a relationship on lies, I look down at my feet worried at what her next reaction would be. "No, I lived there I'm an Omega with no pack to call my own" I say as I look in her direction trying to study her reaction to the news I just gave her but as I looked at her shocked face she took a step back. "You're an Omega?" I nodded my head slowly, "is that a problem?" She put her head hands to her mouth "here's.... the car... we can talk there" she said it almost I stutter as we ran to the car.

                  A nice big limo pulled up to the curb of the building "that's the car let's talk there" she said I look up at me my eyes widened 'who is this girl' I said to myself quickly ran across the curb to the car trying our hardest not to get wet. We got in and sat down she looks at me once over "Felix I know one thing for sure that you're my mate, but there is something you don't know about me, I'm a beta of the Willow pack my father owns this whole business and I one day will take over as his successor." She pauses for a minute and looks at me directly, my eyes widen as I look down at my feet reality setting in. "I get what you're saying "I say as my shoulder shrug "if you're going to reject me just do it now" I can feel her shake her head quickly and place her hand upon mine." That's not what I'm saying at all, I would never reject you I've been waiting my whole life for you even saving my body and soul just for you." As she said these words I could feel my muscles tense the need to make her mind intense I look up at her with my heated eyes slowly pulling her forward and giving her a kiss on her lips. To my surprise, instead of pulling away she leaned into me like I was all but separated her from the outside world. She deeper in the kiss and rubbed her hands over my chest, I could feel my d**k getting hard in my pants, all I wanted to do was make her happy. I put my hands around her, we heard a voice from the front seat "excuse me ma'am we are arriving at the house. Like reality just hit us we separated quickly, Daisy looked away "thank you.... you can stop right here..... give me a minute" she said to the driver over her shoulder. She looked at me once more slightly pulling away "I'm not saying it's going to be easy Felix all I'm saying is don't give up on me, you may have to fight, you may have to argue with my father a bit, but I will always be your mate ....will you wait for me?" I smiled and put pulled her closer to me, "I've been waiting for you..... why wouldn't I fight for you?" She smiled and gave me a kiss on the lips before it got any deeper we heard another cough from the front seat "OK OK" she said very annoyed. "So I'll see you tomorrow?" she asked very sweetly, I gave her a small smile "of course" I say as I slowly get out of the car and throw my bag over my shoulder. Before I close the door she grabbed my hand, I looked at her surprise as she took out a pen and wrote her a number on my hand "that's my cell phone number could you call me tonight?" she said very innocently. I smiled at her, "of course..... if you could do one thing for me?" She looked at me almost shocked, "what would that be?" "Go on a date with me?" she looked down at her feet "I can't go anytime this week maybe next week?" she said as she looked at me again I nodded. "Next week would be perfect, and I definitely will call you every day." A smile spread across her face as she slowly shut the door I walked to the front door only to see the limo driving away 'wow what a day' I said to myself as I turned the doorknob.
