The package arrived earlier than the courier website had indicated, which was shocking, to say the least. I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect of the contents, but I was excited by the prospect of having a foolproof way of growing my own food. The description for my order on the website had promised a magical paradise for small space gardening in a box, all I needed to do was add water and sunlight. I’ve never had a particularly green finger, but I felt it was time to try and grow some of my own food with the pandemic and food shortages. Either that or pay exorbitant prices for fresh veggies, if the store even had enough supply to feed its patrons. The growing kit seemed like it was something even I couldn’t screw up.
