After putting Jefferson to sleep in his bed, with his driver’s help, of course, I sat on the couch in his bedroom to sleep as well. It turns out it was uncomfortable for the next couple of hours in this dress. I gave up and wore one of Jefferson’s shirt. I don’t think he’d mind. For some reason, I had an awful dream of being chased by a wolf and red eyes coming up from the darkness until they reached me. My eyes went wide open while the sun started to bother me through the window frame when it was barely rising. Having these nightmares was a part of myself when I didn’t train. Always watching out and avoiding Killian, making sure he was not following me, until he caught me over and over again. It’s inevitable, I know he’ll find me, I just need to make him angry.
