CHAO
I walked into a dire situation. A man had entered her home, bound and gagged her, and was getting ready to do the unthinkable. He was one move away from tainting her… ruining her for any man! I lunged and knocked him back away from her then went straight for his throat and ripped it out. He deserved much worse. It infuriates me to think about. I had to push those thoughts away. My shadow was about to take control, I could feel it consuming me in my mind. It’s ok. I saved her. She is safe and intact. I made it in time. I repeated that to myself a hundred times.
She told me her name. Daphne. I said it aloud to myself. It rolled off my tongue like honey. Why was I so obsessed with this girl? Not to mention I inadvertently saw her naked and oh mother… she has been hiding what she looked like and probably for good reason if every guy reacted this way to seeing her body. So many curves, so many places to lick… my mind wandered to an ungentlemanly place. I NEEDED TO STOP NOW!
I ran away after as to not be revealed to her. She does not know of the secret world she lives in. It would have only caused her more trauma which she absolutely didn’t need anymore of tonight. Now I’m thinking about that man again. It infuriates me! I broke his neck then let my shadow have him and it shredded him to pieces. I almost laughed when he was choking on his own blood.
I called in an anonymous tip to the police on the way home. The police were privy to our existence in town. Nothing would come of it. I was not intending to go back. She would recognize me from school. That would get too complicated. Besides, I have to work tomorrow. I had gotten this job with a stage company setting up events and an apartment in town when I moved back here. All a part of my cover of course. I wasn’t planning on staying in town forever. I had to keep my head clear if I was going to take over my fathers throne.
I headed back to the apartment to shower and get ready for the day tomorrow. I had to wash this man’s blood off of me. Daphne kept coming to mind though. I hope she will be ok. I may have to check on her before work to ease my mind.
When I got home I dropped my keys and wallet in the bowl next to the door and put my helmet on the hook. I grabbed a towel from the linen closet and headed to the shower. I tried to clear my head as the water ran through my hair and down my back. It wasn’t working. I found myself getting hot. My c**k was rising with a slow throb. I kept thinking about her and her gorgeous body. All those curves to get lost on. The way her thighs met her ass in a seriously seductive crease. I flicked the head of my member to try and stop. It didn’t help, it got even bigger. I was doing my best to push those thoughts out of my head. I decided to try and ignore it. I need to call Stephanie and get this out of my system I thought to myself.
I got out of the shower and found some Jersey sleep shorts. My member was standing at full salute making the front of my shorts look like a tent. I was throbbing and he wasn’t going anywhere. I put myself in check and laid down in my bed. A bed was not something I was used to. Many of the years I spent as a rogue were spent in the woods living on game I was able to catch. My thoughts quieted as I drifted, but I found her again in my dreams.
I saw her standing in the middle of a forest. The rays of sun shone across her face in the darkness of the canopy. She looked different though. With green eyes and elven ears that stood pointed next to her petite head. How odd, I thought to myself. She was not an elf that I could tell and she lived among humans. Elves notoriously hated humans and would never live among them. She just stood there looking at me. A stoic look on her gorgeous face. It was almost sad. I approached her in the woods and her eyes tracked me. I got close enough to touch her pale skin. It was soft and warm like the sun on a spring day when it meets your skin. Her dark hair had curls that showered down her shoulders to her middle back. It smelled of lavender and honey. Then suddenly she evaporated into the air leaving me alone in the woods.
I woke to the birds chirping and the sun coming in my window. My alarm had not gone off yet so I knew I wasn’t late for work. I called my colleague Drake to check and make sure everything with the clean up last night was taken care of.
“Hey Drake. Did you take care of that mess last night?”
“Yeah man… I did. What the hell happened?”
“A young woman was being attacked. I showed up just in time to save her from that monster.” There was silence on the other end of the line.
“You know you can’t keep doing this right? Saving women, being a hero. Your going to be noticed if you keep putting yourself out there.” Drake eventually spoke.
“I don’t need your lectures Drake. I know.” There was more silence.
“ I have to get to work.” I said abruptly. “I’ll see you around man.” I didn’t wait for him to say anything back and hung up. Drake was the only friend I ever had. I appreciated him looking out for me but sometimes he acted like he was my dad. He was always trying to tell me what I should or shouldn’t be doing.
I had a gig to set up this morning. Then we would be catering the event this evening. It was a birthday party for some girl’s 18th birthday. By the looks of it mommy and daddy had lots of money. This thing was extravagant. Ice sculptures, a live band, over 60 guests.
I got up, stretched my sleeping muscles and decided I needed a cold shower. My member was awake too and may have been a little bit hurt about me ignoring him last night. I never did get around to calling Stephanie last night. After I got out I got dressed in some old denim jeans and a work shirt with our company logo on it. The jeans were a little tight, I had gained a few pounds since being in town. Which was fine, I honestly needed to. I grabbed the keys to my bike, my wallet, and my helmet and walked out the door. I showed up to work and greeted my overly pretentious co workers. I looked at the paperwork for the set up again and noticed the address. It was her again. She was turning 18. It’s fine. She won’t recognize me. I’ll just go and do my job and get out of there as always.
