Rose walks over and sits on Ash's lap. I smile as I get up and walk out of the room. I will let them have their moment. I know they
need it, they need each other to stay calm. I love how as mated pairs they can guide each other through their emotions. It makes stressful situations easier to handle. Since Opal and I are mated to each other, we also can help each other with our emotions as well. At first it was strange to feel the differences between Opals' and my own emotions. I can tell when she's upset or stressed before she even knows it. I love that we are connected well enough to help each other. We can feel our children's emotions too, we just can't help them or control them as efficiently as we do each other.
