"It is something between Jenica and me. You don't have to interfere," Quincy said aggressively.
"Something between you and Jenica? What happened between you?" Elaina asked. Then, she sneered, "Jenica has told you she doesn't like you. Why do you keep badgering her?"
"Jalen, take her away. Otherwise, don't blame me for being impolite." Quincy suppressed his anger and looked at Jalen.
Jalen knew Quincy was angry but didn't take Elaina away. "Don't go too far. You will push Jenica further and further away."
In Jalen's view, if Quincy liked Jenica, Quincy should pursue her sincerely. What Quincy was doing was meaningless.
"You choose to stand with your girlfriend instead of me, your best friend, don't you?" Quincy chuckled. It sounded somewhat sad.
Jalen did not answer but made a choice
