"You look stunning, like the true diva you are." Massy said with a straight face looking Jordan up and down. "You're giving me 96, 97 Michael Jordan! Yes honey! I love it." She taunted him flicking his small gold hoop earring Jordan swatted at her hand. "Hey! I'm not dealing with your s**t today lil bro." He pointed a long index finger inches from her face. "Get your nasty finger out my face!" Massy hit his hand, laughing. "HEY! Hey! We're going to be around kids all damn day! You better get your got damn s**t together and you better get it together right got damn now!" Massy's mouth formed a wide circle. Jordan quickly turned around due to him on the verge of breaking his serious facial expressions and laughing. "It's always the little brother that doesn't know how to act!" Jordan yelled out with his back turned. Massy followed behind him trying not to laugh. "Yea, well, you're ugly. So."  She shrugged her shoulders, it was the only comeback, the only insult she had. Massy's date to the Kids Choice Sports Awards was fare from Odell. Her and Jordan had the pleasure of getting on one another's nerves once again all day long. "I've had enough of your s**t already and you just got here!" He playfully complained as he walked closer to the entrance. "You're such a diva." Massy teased as she pulled hair behind her ear and looking down at her phone unbothered by his complaints. "I love you too J.C." It was normally a red carpet that stars walked along but it was the signature bright orange carpet that fit a night of fun. A long orange backdrop with 'Nickelodeon' written in huge repeating bubble letters, large transparent tubes that held a bright green slimy substance in them stood throughout the walkway. Inside, children of all ages filled the pits, neon orange and green armbands around their wrists as they raised their hands in excitement waving at athletes and celebrities trying to get their attention. "PLEASE WELCOME JORDAN CLARKSON OF THE LOS ANGELES LAKERS AND MASSY ARIAS OF THE US WOMENS SOCCER TEAM!" The announcers loud voice rang throughout the arena. Kids screamed as the two of them made their way through the main aisle to the center stage giving high fives and hand shakes. Jordan followed behind Massy as they climbed the fluorescent steps. "Alright Ace, other than myself!" Jordan held a dramatic pause pressing his fingers to his chest as he looked down at her. "Because I already know I'm your favorite athlete, so you don't have to say it. But who is your second all time favorite athlete?" Massy paused for a moment then looked out over the crowd of kids, thinking to herself she raised the microphone to her lips. "Well since you've already volunteered your name." Jordan showed off a childish grin as Massy rolled her eyes. "But I'm gonna have to say other than ODELL Beckham Jr being my favorite athlete..." Kids cheered in excitement at his name as Massy shyly smiled. "I'm gonna have to say... Kobe Bryant. He's the Goat!" "He was my favorite athlete first." Jordan argued. Putting on a show for the kids. "No he wasn't!" Massy added. "He was my teammate I played a whole season with him!" Jordan faced Massy. "I'm sponsored by his sports drink! So technically that would mean I'm his teammate too... And for longer than a season!" Massy stepped closer squinting her eyes at Jordan kids began laughing at the two as they compared who's relationship with the iconic basketball player was better. "He gave me basketball advice, you know like a mentor because we play the same sport!" Jordan hissed back. Massy stepped closer. "Well, I'm his daughter's favorite athlete!" She finally said. Jordan frowned as he backed up in defeat. Snapping his fingers and dropping the microphone from his mouth. It was safe to say if your father was Kobe Bryant but your favorite athlete was not Kobe Bryant and instead a 5'7 Soccer Forward for Team USA that meant you were doing pretty damn well in life. Massy turned back to the crowed, smiling at her triumphant win over Jordan. "Now now let's not hold Jordan's loss to a girl over his head!" A division of cheering from small girls and booing from small boys filled up the open space. Jordan and Massy smiled and laughed as boys stuck out their tongues and held their thumbs upside down. "I didn't lose... I just decided to let you win! Jordan said trying his best not to smile. " But anyway Massy and I are here to honor our favorite player and everybody else's favorite player with The Legend Award!" Massy nodded her head in agreement. "So please welcome, our mentor, The Goat. Kobe The Mamba Bryant!" Kobe made it a point to remind kids to be careful of those people who try to stop you from living out your dreams. But that motivational speech would get lost somewhere once a thick layer of gold slime thrusted from the stage and covered him. It seemed beyond fitting that the man who wore gold for twenty years be covered in gold slime to close out his retirement from the game. The excitement of seeing him covered with the slime had kids in aw of the moment. He made his way to the side of the stage leaving a gold trail behind him. Massy quickly stepped to the side wanting no parts of it. Kids laughed as Massy quickly shook her head protesting that Kobe not hug her. Kobe's long arms stretched out and pulled Massy's small body to his, pressing his chest to her cheek. Massy frowned as if a foul smell crept up to her nose, she pouted and cried out as Kobe pulled himself from her looking down at the long gold imprint of slime covered the front of her body and shoulders. Massy finally shrugged her shoulders this time she was in defeat.
