It’s been days since my first day here. I speak to no one but Zilean. He teaches me about the world I am in. He is the only one I trust now.
“You are a fast learner kid. You learned how to read and write only in one sitting. Others do it in months” Zilean was speaking to me in my room.
“Thanks, Would not have done it without you.” I said with a smile.
“How did you memorize the sound of every word, and how to write it after I told you only once.” Zilean asked me. Looking at the table.
“I do not know. When you showed me all the letters and how to pronounce them it got stuck in my head. That every time I see a letter I hear your voice enunciating it.” I was proud of myself.
“I am going to the field to train more, before anyone gets in the field,” I said
