What? Why so soon?! I was confused and furious.

Because its time for you to start settling down and be the prince you are suppose to be! My father stated. I did want to marry Leora but when we were both ready not when we were being forced.

Amethyst? Are you okay? I ask her wanting her opinion. She just looks to her siblings and dad.

King Orion, you cant expect us to put together a welcoming ball, engagement ball, and wedding all within one month. King Topaz stated calmly coming in to save the day.

Fine. How long do you think they will need? My dad asks. King Topaz looks to Leora and I and I look to Leora. She looks to her dad and out of my dads eyesight holds up the number three.

Id say about three months.

What? Isnt that a bit long? My dad roars.

Well with Amethyst still getting use to the castle and being a princess be glad I didnt say longer. King Topaz roars back. My dad steps back and thinks.

Okay I see your point. Three months then. But if your not married by then, then you marry Princess Vivian of the Sun Kingdom! My dad stats looking at me sternly. He then walks out of the garden and towards his coach.

Well, that could have gone worse. Ametrine states.

Not helping Ametrine! Jasper whispers.

Looks like we have to plan a wedding now. Im sure both my moms would like to help and Ametrine can I ask you something? Leora asks.

Of course! Leora then drags her off to God knows where and I look to Jasper.

Jasper Im scared. What if he changes his mind like he always does? I start shaking.

Lets go find Nick and have a guys night in my room tonight. That way your close to Amethyst and we can also talk about the wedding! We head off towards the knights training ground to find Nick and all I can think is that my dad has something up his sleeve. He has never approved my fondness for the lost princess and now that Ive found her he wants me to marry someone else! Something is screaming in my head.

Jasper! James! Whats up guys! Nick is sweating. Looks like he just got done running drills.

Nick, my dad was just here. I state.

Oh s**t! Nick motions for us to follow him. We go into the barracks with Nick so he can grab his bags.

Nick, do you want to have a boys night in the castle with us? Jasper asks. He nods his head and holds up a finger.

Dad, do you mind if I stay the night in the castle with Jasper and James? Nick asks Sir Tristan.

I dont mind at all but if your serious about becoming a knight you need to be on time for drills in the morning.

Will do! See you in the morning dad! We then head towards Jaspers room in dead silence! Once we are in Jaspers room, Jasper plops onto his bed, Nick flops onto one of the beanbags in the far-right hand corner and I start pacing the floor.

Okay dude spill whats going on? Nick asks.

My dad is making me marry Leora in just three months or else I have to marry Princess Vivian! I swear he has an underlining plan and Im just sick of being left in the dark!

Wait you have to marry Leora!? I just nod my head.

Woe! You couldnt even propose romantically tough break!

Youre telling me! I couldnt ask her father or anything! Speaking of will you two be my groomsmen? They look at me with goofy smiles on their faces.

Of course dude we are your best friends no way are we missing the most important day of your life! Jasper exclaimed. Nick just nods in agreement! I sigh in relief.

Good I dont know what Id do if you werent there with me! Now the fun part planning the whole thing with Leora and her mothers. I visibly shake. Next thing we know the whole castle starts to shake. We all rush out of Jaspers room and to the garden.

Whats going on? I ask one of the maids.

Its Princess Amethyst. She got extremely angry. She answered and I rushed into the castle to look for her.

Leora! Leora where are you? The shaking stopped and Leora came out of one of the rooms and ran into my arms crying.

Shh its okay Im here. What happened?

I over heard someone talking saying that you would be better off with Princess Vivian and that I wasnt a true princess and my anger just got out of control. She was now crying uncontrollably, and everyone was running inside because it was pouring rain outside.

Hey, hey shh its okay Im yours and you are a real princess. Your parents both sets love you for you and your siblings adore you! Some whispers are bound to pop up but thats just what they are whispers they arent important.

Whats happening? King Topaz and Queen Jade came up the rain was easing up but now it was just a slight drizzle.

This is what I was talking about when I said when she feels a strong emotion strange things happen. Anna said walking up with Ametrine breathing heavily.

You doing okay Amethyst? You ran out of the room so fast Anna, and I could find you.

So, your powers are affected by your emotions. This is going to be a bumpy ride with training. Queen Jade stated.

What made you upset though? King Topaz asked. I repeated what Leora told me and everyone started fuming.

Do you know who said it? Queen Jade asked calmly. Leora shook her head.

No when I ran out of the room, I didnt see anyone, and I didnt recognize the voice, but it was a male and female talking.

We will find them, and they will be punished for they way they talked about you. King Topaz stated. Leora nodded and then put her head back into my chest. I held her there as if my arms could protect her from any more harm.

Its getting late how about we head up to bed. Ametrine stated We can even have a girls night in my room if it will make you feel better. Leora nodded and went with her and Anna. I looked at Her parents and waited until we were alone in the room.

First my dad wants me to marry someone else then this it cant be a coincidence can it? I ask King Topaz.

I dont think so, son. The person who took Amethyst from us is still out there and I believe they are still wanting her gone for whatever reason.

Dont worry your majesty Ill protect her with my life!

I believe you. And please call me dad you are marrying my daughter after all! He said while placing a hand on my shoulder.

Thank you! But I dont trust my father he is up to something, and I dont know what. We should keep an eye on him!

I will talk to Sir Tristan about it and keep an eye on him. Welcome to the family James! Im proud of the man youve become. With that said he turned and walked farther into the castle.

BUBBY!! Oh no! I know those voices! Rosella and Roseanne tackled me with hugs.

Hi girls.

We heard you were home and came at once, but why didnt you come to the castle to see us and mom? Roseanne asked. Rosella after the hug immediately fixed her posture and became the true queen, I knew she would be one day.

I found her! I really found her! At that moment Leora came around the corner looking for me.

James, I need your help! Ametrine wants to start planning for the wedding but I dont want to make any big decisions without you! I just smiled at her and motioned for her to come closer.

These are my sisters Rosella and Roseanne! Girls this is the lost princess of the Star Kingdom Princess Amethyst also known as Leora to close friends and family! My sisters eyes went wide.

Nice to meet you! Hopefully you can give me pointers in the wedding. I already have my maid of honor and one of my brides maids picked out. But the rest is still a work in progress.

Besides we all know Prince Liam has a crush on a girl from his village. I think father just wants us to secure the treaties between our kingdoms..

That makes sense, but then why would he have been against my relationship with Amethyst and wanting us to get married so soon? We all stop in thought.

You dont think he has anything to do with my kidnapping, do you? Leora asked visibly shaking.

I dont want to think that way but it is possible amica mea. Dont worry though I will protect you with my life! I wrapped Leora in my arms and held her tightly. She clutched onto me tightly calming down slightly.

Are you staying here for the night?

Of course! We are staying in Ametrines room as always!

Good! Leora go with them and stick by them please! Ill feel better knowing your not alone! Tell Ametrine wedding planning starts in the morning! I gave her a kiss goodnight and sent her with my sisters. I followed slowly after them and headed towards Jaspers room.

There you are man! You look horrible! Nick states grabbing my arm in a strong handshake.

I got Leora calmed down, but Im afraid my dad might have something to do with her kidnapping, and that means my dad wants her out of the picture for some reason.

You think he has something to do with the whispers she heard? Jasper asked visibly getting more and more mad. I just nodded my head.

Did you tell King Topaz? Nick asked. I nodded my head.

Yes, I told him and hes going to talk to your dad. He doesnt want word to get to far out so, he is just going to talk to those he trusts the most at the moment. I dont feel safe when Leora is by herself so Im going to talk to the girls and make sure at least one of them is with her at all times. If that cant happen, then Im going to ask King Topaz to assign her a guard. I start pacing the room trying to keep my cool and not run down the hall and burst into Princess Ametrines room just to make sure Leora is alright. I trust my sisters and that they got her there safely.

Im with you on that, but honestly I think she needs a guard regardless of if she is with someone or not. We already lost her once I dont want it to happen again! Jasper is more serious than I have ever seen him in my entire life! I nod my head and we decide to talk to King Topaz about the guard situation in the morning at breakfast. Nick helps Jasper to set up two guest beds one on the floor and one in the window where I like to rest. Tomorrow is going to start a busy couple of months for the castle starting this weekend with the welcoming ball for Leora and Anna. I just cant wait for the kingdom to meet them. Even though Anna wasnt born in this realm she fits in perfectly.

Do you think the people will except Anna? Nick asks Jasper and I as we start to lay down for bed.

Im sure the kingdom will love both girls. Not only have they found their lost princess but they have gained a new one as well! Jasper replies with a proud tone in his voice. Hes right though with the King and Queen adopting Anna they have gained another princess and the kingdom is going to be rejoicing. But how will Leoras adoptive parents feel about her getting married at only sixteen. That reminds me Tomorrow is the triplets birthday!

Jasper what are you and Ametrine planning for your first birthday with Leora? Jasper shoots straight up.

Shit! With everything going on I forgot about our birthday!!!
