He looked at Edith with a complicated expression before he took a deep breath, and then he said, “The best way to face misery was with happiness.”
Just as he did, Joshua suddenly kissed Edith hard. Edith was surprised and felt lost. Joshua’s lips assaulted her as if it was the last time he would be able to do so,
Edith felt scared and wanted to ask him, but with the way Joshua was holding her neck firmly as he continued to taste her lips, it did not take long for the girl to be lost with it as well.
Suddenly the kiss stopped. When Edith opened his eyes, Joshua had already leaped with force at the lake of blood where everyone was standing.
Just as he was about to land, a white wolf of considerable size appeared. Joshua, in his current white wolf form, began to run with speed towards the black wolf that, when he saw him, let out a howl when he had found his prey definitive.
The size of both was incomparable, and the Black wolf was considerably larger than Joshua, who transformed into a wolf barely and could reach the leg of his opponent.
The black wolf, without preamble to the fight, jumped to everything that gave his power to attack the newly appeared wolf from above. His muzzle opened wide, and I waited so I could bite the white wolves back from above.
It descended with speed, but Joshua, turning into a man, plunged over the river of blood, the black wolf, or he lost sight of him for a second, and Joshua, taking advantage of that confusion, turned back into a wolf and bit his opponent’s feet.
He gaining his back, he jumped on the back of the gigantic black wolf looking for his neck, but it was too big and strong.
By shaking off him, he almost managed to make Joshua fall off his back, but the man turning into a man, held on as best he could.
The wolf was frantically moving, trying to shake Joshua off his back, but he was holding on as he could, advancing little by little to get to the wolf’s neck.
The black wolf, stopping again, took a breath and jumping as high as he could. He fell to the ground, landing on his back to hurt Joshua.
The impact against the blood was not so strong that Joshua broke free, but it took him forever to hold his ground against the black wolf.
This completely enraged one ran at top speed to the debris collected on the surface of the blood and performed the same jumping maneuver in order to smash Joshua against the sharp rocks of the debris.
That attack would certainly hurt him, but before landing on the stone, Edith arrived. She clasped her hands, and she said, “Disintegrate!”
The young woman cast the spell with certainty turning all the rock to dust and preventing Joshua from receiving a powerful impact against the ground.
Joshua managed to receive the impact again, and when the black wolf straightened, he saw Edith. She looked at him with fear. She could not kill him, that would mean eliminating part of Joshua’s mind, but the wolf would have no qualms about ending his existence.
Breathing hard, the wolf swooped down on Edith. Joshua, anticipating what was happening, transformed himself back into the white wolf, and jumping hard, he bit the black wolf’s neck.
This one was so big and powerful that Joshua’s fangs could not penetrate his skin, and he firmly turned his head to catch one of Joshua’s legs and throw him to the ground. When Joshua landed, he lost his transformation and looked at the wolf watching him. He knew that soon all would be lost when the spear that Seraphim had given him landed from the sky.
Just by looking at her, Joshua knew what it was about, he couldn’t move, but raising his hand, he drew the spear towards him. It was impossible that it was the real spear, but that it was a memory of it was enough, but as he took it, he felt Seraphim Eleanor and especially Edith.
The black wolf was running at full speed in his direction.
Joshua was looking at him with a glare as he said, “Come, I’m sick of being afraid of you!!”
He firmly made the spear grow and, throwing it at full speed, and saw how the wolf opened his mouth to devour it. Edith, when he saw what happened, stretched out his hands and shouted.
“Maximizes!”
The spear took a greater speed, clearer power, and enormous size, piercing the skull of the black wolf instantly. The wolf fell at the feet of Joshua, who touched him absorbed the essence of him.
At that moment, he smiled and looking at Edith with a rolling eye, and the girl appeared on the sandbar again.
Edith looked in front of her, a huge black werewolf looking at her. He was slowly shifting until he returned to his human state, which Edith was familiar with.
When he saw Edith, he said, “It’s nice to see you again!”
Edith got up, and with a smile, she hugged him tightly.

Seraphim was standing in front of the main chamber in the cave, a huge number of vampires disintegrating behind her, and her labored breathing revealed her enormous exhaustion.
Opening the door symbolized coming face to face with that vampire, the man who had effortlessly had Joshua’s arm ripped off.
She was not as old a witch as Edith, and she had hardly spent several decades traveling the world. Her sister was much older and with many abilities that Seraphim didn’t think she could achieve, but still, she was confident in her abilities, yet for the first time in her life, she was somewhat afraid.
If she walked through that door, she did not know if she could defeat that vampire, and her hands trembled because of that reality.
