LXXI: Stella’s Ally?

Seraphim looked at Edith, and calmly she said, “Clearly, it has to be Joshua! He and Eleonor somehow discovered that we are in trouble, and they came to help us.”
Edith looked at the sky, and nodding, and she said, “Maybe, or maybe it’s some Stella ally, like the boy who healed us. In any case, it’s good not to be at such a disadvantage. The amount of hunters inside this place is monumental. We have to move fast and meet with Stella. There is no way for them to maintain this rhythm any longer.”
They all nodded, and as they advanced, they heard Dominic’s chase from across the street.
The demigod used the warrior to chase the hunter, and this allowed the girl to use that same power to escape from him.
She knew that if she let the man catch her, it would be the end of her.
“I need help! A very strong opponent behind me, please, support!” The young woman sad while she saw Dominic delighted with the chase smiling.
She ran on the ground while he jumped through the shops of an auto-mark, trying to close the distance.
The young woman using Dominic’s power, took a car and forcefully threw it in his direction.
The demigod jumped, and using his power as a blacksmith, and took out a sword to cut the car in half.
The young woman from the ground saw him use that power and, with speed, copied it. She created a bow and threw several arrows towards the man.
They all hit the target, but tearing them, he healed the wounds with the healer, and when he landed near her, he used his strength to push her away and crash her against a wall.
She copied the power of the healer and healed her wounds immediately, but when she saw Dominic, she did not know what power he was using, and the young man cornered her.
He smiled as he advanced towards her and said, “You are quite fearsome for a human, and I must say you impress me. You would undoubtedly be a good acquisition for my army.”
She looked at him terrified, she did not know what he was referring to, but he walked calmly and, looking at her, and asked, “That potion, the one that gives you this ability, do you have more?”
The young woman slowly breathed when she nodded. Dominic nodded with her in approval and smiling, and he stretched out her hand for the young woman to give it to him.
In his other hand, a human arm rested, the terrified girl asked, “If I give you the potion, are you going to kill me?”
Dominic, surprised, shook his head, looked around, and questioned, “Where do you get that from?”
The young woman calmly said, “Well, you’ve tried to kill me twice already... and!”
As she said that, she pointed to the arm that the young man carried in his hand, and he said smiling, “No! No, don’t worry, this has nothing to do with you, it’s something else I’m doing, and yes, I tried to kill you several times, but you keep surviving, so I changed my mind. I think you’ll be perfect for my army!”
She looked at him puzzled, but at that moment, a harpoon was buried in his shoulder.
The man let out a scream that seemed more frustration than pain, and looking back, he saw two hunters mounted on one of the stores of the auto market.
The harpoon was tied to a rope that both of them were holding, and on this roof, they were trying to pull.
Dominic saw them for a second, and with a smile, he wrapped his arm around the rope, used the warrior’s strength, lifted them both, and crashed them to the ground.
Taking a deep breath, he said, “This is absurd, and many humans are so stupid and weak. That’s why you have to keep the good ones like you!”
When he said that, he turned to see the girl, but she was not there. She was running in terror to try to escape from the demigod.
When the harpoon that he had on his shoulder was embedded in her thigh, the young woman felt tremendous pain and fell to the ground, she looked at Dominic to try to find the power to heal, but instead, he just walked calmly.
She needed him to heal the wound on his shoulder in order to heal her own wound, but he did not. Instead, he walked with such calm that she thought he would bleed out before that man reached her place.
Once he reached her, he said, “You see, you are smart, but if you were smarter, you wouldn’t have tried to do that.”
With calm, Dominic activated his power, and the wound healed, the smiling young woman looked at the power of the doctor and tried to activate it, but the effect of the potion had worn off.
Her face returned to normal, and her body felt much less tense, she was looking at the guy, and the blood from her leg would not stop spilling.
She started to feel dizzy, and the idea that she would die was on her mind when another layer of the barrier was removed. A dog started barking, and only one more layer was missing.
Dominic looked around him and said, “One more layer and your team is defeated!”
The young woman was beginning to feel dizzy and Dominic, sticking his finger in her wound, made her scream enormously. He calmly looked at her and said, “Give me the potion, and I’ll heal this wound!”
The young woman, overcome by her pain, reached into her pocket quickly and calmly handed the two remaining bottles to the young man.
He looked at them and, activating his healing power in a matter of seconds, restored the girl’s wound.
