With those words, the young woman looked at the mark on the wall and darkening her eyes but still immediately began to work. The mark on the wall was vibrating with intensity, the power it reflected was wide, and it was clear that the seal was about to be broken, anyone who had placed the seal in this place had done so long ago, and now someone had disturbed that seal, and the beast that it was holding was about to be released. Edith looked in all directions and taking a deep breath. She said frantically but firmly, “Joshua! If I can’t keep the seal closed, be prepared to remove whatever comes out of it! “ Joshua nodded and looking at his partner, and he prepared himself. Edith stood in front of the seal, and stretching her hands in the entirety, she said with a powerful voice. “Magica Ereparatione!” Edith’s eyes turned black, and from her hands, the typical magic seals that appeared when she used her power tried to complete the magic of the seal that was about to be broken. She was looking at it intentionally, and from her body, a strong pressure began to come out, Lines of black light were planted directly on the broken parts of the seal and tried to restore it, but the magic that it emanated was very powerful. Edith recoiled from the strong pressure that seals generated but gritting her teeth with determination. She said, “This is not over! Sigilum Cincinno!” With firmness, her magic began to emanate with more force, and her power was planted again in the seal, firmly the broken parts of the seal that was in that place were being restored while the veracity of the energy that seal emanated was calmed. Everything returned to normal and Edith, breathing deeply, fell to the ground exhausted. Joshua approached her and touching her face, and he smiled while looking at her. He asked worriedly, “Are you okay?” Edith nodded, and using Joshua’s arm to get up from the floor, she looked at the seal in front of her and said, “Breaking this seal is not easy. Not just anyone can do it! And it certainly wouldn’t be done by accident! Someone wanted to free this monster!” Joshua looked around him. The basement was destroyed as if a battle had taken place in that place. “Do you think your friend fought the hunter in this place?” He asked with a complicated expression while looking at her. She felt looking at the signs of struggle that there was, it was clear that a great battle had been fought there within her and the hunter, and she had lost. Looking at Joshua, she took a deep breath. Suddenly, Joshua hugged her tightly to comfort her. “Sorry about your friend! But that bastard is dead!” She smiled sadly before allowing her head to rest on Joshua’s chest. Edith said sadly, “That is so weird…” she then looked Joshua in the face and continued, “Hunters don’t usually hunt witches! They have never been very efficient at hunting us because magic always surpasses them, but this guy was practically immune to my magic with that weird seal!” Joshua nodded and took the hunter’s diary out of his bag, and offering it to her, and then he said, “Maybe this can help!” Edith smiled, but when she was about to take the diary, a shudder made the church shake. Both looked at each other with curiosity and leaving at full speed. They reached the front door where both could see how in the distance, four columns of light rose. Edith was looking at them carefully and breathing heavily. “Those are retaining seals released! It is what was going to happen here. Those are the places where the magic emanated! Someone is releasing creatures!” Joshua looked at the lights around the city, and from the hill where he was, he could only feel the conglomerate scent of humans in the city. If those beasts that were about to be released were very powerful, those humans would suffer all the consequences. The lights stopped emanating, and Joshua’s skin prickled. Edith saw him, and he said gravely, “The monsters were released, and they are moving!” Edith saw him confused and without understanding how he comes to know. “How can you know that?” She asked with a frown. Joshua breathed hard to calm down before he replied, “It’s my instinct! My pack is close, and it is another advantage of being an alpha. I can feel the danger towards my pack!” Edith smiled but then, putting Joshua’s words in context. She said, “What a monster can be a big threat to a pack of werewolves!” Joshua shook his head and approaching the stairs. “I do not know! What is clear to me is that these things are heading towards the city!” He said. Joshua, in fact, didn’t want to believe that worse was happening, but he has no choice. Edith nodded and said, someone, released these monsters to cause panic in the city! As I see it, we have two options!” After saying that, she took a deep breath and, looking at Joshua, said, “Either we help humans or ignore them!” Joshua smiled and looking at her. He said, “I know you, Edith. Even if the foolish human hunters try to kill you, you will not abandon them!” She smiled. While staring at Joshua, she asked, “What about you?” Joshua smiled and taking a deep breath. He said, “I go where you go! But if you want to help humans, we better hurry!” Edith and Joshua began to descend the stairs when in the city in the apartment, Eleanor received the terrors of the people. Her meditation helped her to connect with those beings that she had at a certain distance, and by connecting her mind with that of the humans on the edge of the city, she could see the creatures that were chasing them. They were huge monsters with white hair and a stinger-shaped tail, on their forehead a huge white horn and large claws, they were as big as a truck, and their hunger and thirst for blood seemed to have been cultivated through years of captivity. Eleanor, breathing heavily, got up and creating a mental link with Edith that even though she was far from her, her presence was quite remarkable. “Edith! These things are ice terrors! You must be careful!” Eleanor warned hurriedly. Edith, sensing Eleanor’s presence, said, “Thanks for the warning! Can you find them? Joshua and I will look for them!” Eleanor, who had already found the beasts, took a deep breath and, scandalized, said, “They are four! One of them is on the main street while the other… no!” At that moment, she made a huge pause. “There is one of those creatures that is speeding to school. The School of the Mountain Sun is close to where you are!” “There are four of those monsters! The best thing would be to split to cover more ground!”  She said urgently while looking firmly at Joshua. Edith then added, “You must go to school! I could not arrive so soon. Eleanor will guide you, and we must stop them before there are many human victims!” Joshua nodded and prepared to leave when he was turning his face from her, approached Edith and kissing her on the mouth, and then said, “Beware! Do not do anything stupid!”
