When she said that, the creature jumped on Joshua’s back, standing on two legs. It was much bigger than him, and falling on the werewolf, he threw him to the ground. Joshua forcefully kept him at bay until the sword he throws before fell close to him. He embedded it with force in the monster’s stomach. This trying to bite his neck tried to embed his teeth, but Joshua using his werewolf strength, keep it at bay. With the sword, he stabs it two more times before using his legs to throw it back. The monster that was slowly rising saw how Joshua approaching him with speed, buried his sword in the neck and using his strength, he burry it hard to kill the monster. The ice terror fell to the ground, completely defeated, and his body began to release a strange smoke when a voice was heard behind Joshua’s back. “Sir, are you okay?” The boy who had saved returned. He was the one to toss him the sword before to verify that he was alright. At that moment, the ice´s terror making use of its last forces threw a jet of his stinger in the boy´s way. Joshua was reacting in a split second, running at full speed and taking the boy out of the way. A little of the substance fell on his arm, freezing him instantly. The boy saw him terrified, but after a few seconds, the ice melted, and Joshua’s arm returned to normal. The boy looked at him in surprise and raised his eyes until he met Joshua’s eyes. He asked softly, “Sir, what are you?” Joshua smiled, looking at the boy. He said. “I am Joshua!” When he said that, the boy looked at his hand, and Joshua, smiling, said, “Don’t worry, I’m fine! Get safe. I have several of those things to hunt yet! See ya!” The boy smiled excitedly as Joshua verifying the previous monster kill, got off the ground. As Joshua walked, he felt the presence of his pack, several of his companions transformed into a wolf and fought against one of those ice terrors. Using his abilities, he managed to see through the eyes of one of the wolves, and he saw them in the city at that moment. He said with a complicated expression, “My pack is in town!” Eleanor heard him clearly and urgently said, contacting Edith, “Edith! Have someone open your barrier. The wolves are in the city!” But Edith had other problems to think about. She had just entered a shopping center where another of the ice terrors were. “Calm down, Eleanor. I’ll take care of this first, then I’ll think about that!” She said as she advanced. And with those words, she went into her own hunt. Edith advanced cautiously to enter the shopping center, people were leaving through all the doors, and the place was almost deserted, but as a servant of death, she only entered. She could feel the presence of death in that place. No doubt the beast already had victims, and now that she had arrived, Edith had to do what she could to reduce them as much as possible. The mall was a huge, circular structure that linked two circular sessions like Olympic rings. The main entrance was on the first floor, only the parking lots were below, but up there were six floors in which anyone of it could be inhabited by an ice terror. Edith was looking in all directions when Eleonor’s voice sounded in her head. “Edith! Joshua managed to finish one!” Edith smiled as she approached one of the stairs. Everything in the center still worked but carelessly moving would cause the beast to take her by surprise, and that was something she could not allow herself. Putting one knee on the beak and touching the ground with the tips of her fingers, Edith said. “Ad locate!” Her eyes flashed black momentarily, and she knew the exact place of the monster. Edith hurriedly threw herself to the ground to prevent the stakes of the beast from reaching her and touching the ground without looking at her enemy, who was behind her. “Disitegrates!” Just as she said, the floor where she was disintegrated, with agility, she fell into the parking lot just in time to avoid the jaws of the monster that was about to bite her. Upon landing, she looked up and still keeping her magic active, she said. “Ferrum Sunt!” From the ground where she was standing, several stone stakes rose at full speed, impacting on the body of the ice terror that, upon feeling the attack, fell back. Edith looked at the hole above her and couldn’t believe it had escaped from her. In her mind, Eleanor asked, complaining, “Why you didn’t use the death spell?!” Edith, who was running fast looking for the elevator to go up a floor, said firmly, “That spell is short-range and is very powerful. If I use it, I will run out of energy, and there are still two terrors out there besides this one!” Eleanor listened to what her partner was saying and incredulously said, “Edith, I’ve known you for centuries, and you’ve never been so willing to put in the effort, especially for free! What’s going on?” Edith getting the elevator took it, but instead of ascending one floor, she decided to ascend three directly to take the high ground against the beast. As she went up, she then said, “There is no time for laziness! One of my sisters died, and as far as I’m concerned, I could be the next one. The Witch hunter who killed Josephine could have killed me if not for Joshua, and now there is a guy releasing terrible creatures in the world! Things changed, Eleanor!” The elevator reached the stipulated floor, and on floor four, Edith began to move, the ice terror was still on the lower floors, and she, now in the bar area, touched the floor again and said. “Ad locate!” Her eyes flashed momentarily, and she was efficiently able to determine the location of the ice terror, peering over the railing as she watched him run two stories down. “It is very far!” Edith said, “My spells are mid-range!” Running sideways, she tried to cut the distance. The terror from the lower floors began to roar, and looking at its enemy on top of it, leap until its digs its claws into the walls and advances with speed towards her. It ran following the circular architecture of the place in the direction of Edith, who efficiently looked at him. Looking around, she saw a*****e with several alcoholic beverages running towards it. She took a bottle, and at the moment that terror landed on the same floor as her. The girl was smiling shout, “I got you!” Throwing the bottle, she screamed into the air. “Pullulate!” The bottles multiplied in many, all raised in the air when Edith smiling said. “Ignis!” One of the bottles was lit on fire, followed by another, and in a fraction of a second, all the bottles were on fire. They all exploded, spreading their liquid over the Ice terror and setting it on fire. The terror began to twist. Intense heats were one of its main weaknesses. Edith smiled at the result as the ice terror began to loosen its horns in all directions.
