Aiden's POV
While I was heading to the sitting room, I had no expectations of who I was supposed to be meeting. Neither Lucy nor I have any friends who would come over for a visit.
When I saw who called for me, I stopped walking for a while, not quite visible to her yet. I watched her for a while as she looked around the room, I was stunned.
She was the last person I was expecting, I couldn't move, all I could was stare at the woman in my sitting room.
Leah? Here? What's she doing back here?
She looks different. Her eyes are puffy and a bit red, it looks like she has been crying. Her clothes and hands have a bit of dirt on them.
She is holding a bag that seems to contain clothes, she is running away.
What happened to her? Why was she running away?
