Emma Eddie said in a casual joyous tone, even when Paul turned around to her, she didn't even change her expression, instead she whistled pleasantly.
"Damn it, lock her up"
Paul roared angrily and a few more officers ran over to execute the order
However, I block the officers saying "captain, I think you should take care of your men who neglected his duty and messed up the information about b****y Ridges not apprehending Emma Eddie
Paul's face hardened and his brows furrowed. He stared hard at the patrol officer with his eyes completely red.
He didn't ask the patrol officer for confirmation, his facial expression was enough for the question and the patrol officer's guilt was shown all over his face.
Paul pulled the patrol officer by the collar of his cloth and punched him multiple times, he made sure the man will spend a few days in clinic before taking him away
Paul slammed the door as he pulled the patrol officer out of the prison.
I sighed and looked at Emma Eddie, the door slammed again and Paul entered.
Paul's anger never seems to subside and he vents his anger on anything close to him.
"You both can leave now"
Paul said as he motioned for us to leave, I heard him muttered words like "this is why I hate vigilantes, always feel above the law"
I went out of the prison and was headed out if the police station
"Hey, are you leaving me behind? Wait up"
Emma Eddie wanted to say something to Paul but decided to catch up with me instead. When she was halfway, she turned to Paul and mouthed "you don't have enough worries and imprisoned me right? Don't worry, my gangs and I will cause more trouble for you to worry about" and she ran up to me.
Paul was somehow threatened by Emma Eddie's words. When a street thug wants to cause trouble for the cops, it is the citizens that are very hurt.
"Hey, don't forget your promise, no dropping bodies"
Paul quickly shouted in hope that I at least would restrict Emma Eddie and her gangs.
I signaled to him that he should not worry by waving my hand at him nodding my head as I rushed out of the police station.
"Hey, wait up, why the rush?"
Emna Eddie voiced out again as she jugged and catch up with me and said "You are walking too fast, slow down man"
"What! Why must you follow me everywhere I go?"
"Being with you is more safer, I can't let go off you"
"Well, I will be engaging on sine things that will are very dangerous"
"You look like you've grown older than the last time I saw you, how come?" Emna Eddie asked trying to change the topic and buy her way to me
I might look grown up, that is because I already lifted all the seals on my abilities and ratings. It surely will have effects on my growth and maturity.
"When people are just locked out of prison, they see things differently. I'll advise you to go out if town, I'll be too busy to look after some stranger girl"
I intentionally wanted to provoke Emma Eddie
"What! Are you…?"
Before she could ask her question, I walked faster and increasing speed so that she wouldn't catch up with me. She pursued and trailed me firi a long time but when we got to a place where the road have lots of turning poii, she lost me.
"Dammit!" She cursed " who wanted to even be with you?"
Emna Eddie have her finger in the direction where I disappeared before turning around to another direction
Although she knew leaving town will be the safest thing to do, she is afraid those b****y Ridges might fish hiet out and still kill her so she ruled living town out if her thoughts
She thought of going sticking with the police captain but she just threatened the captain and it will be an insult if she will have to beg for safety from the 'hot tempered' Paul
Emna Eddie was out of choices so she took the other safe route .
Of course reason that drive her to make that decision was that the place she is headiti mighty pro ide her few informations about me
A guy who could easily defeat Deathface was surely not a common super villain and given his multi abilities…

As long as she spread the news around, all thugs, cult group, and solo super villians will be shocked. Whenever she thought about the shock expression and the money that would follow, a heart made a big jump and that caused her to hastened her steps.

As the night turned dark, I silently approached the garage in front of me.
The view of another place was forced into my vision and while I was wondering how I am seeing two different places at once, I remembered the watch bird I sent out earlier. Since the bird is made of my spirit, I can hear my thoughts and I can hear its own too. It is the bird that is showing me the view of the place it is .
From the view of the spirit bird, the culprit that blew up 16th Saltlake, or the one who killed Baryl and even the one who tried to shoot Emma Eddie at the bar, all of them eventually ended up in a place not far from here
