Since Will introduced only me, it is obvious that the other five super humans and Will have worked together before.
The five of them sticked at me and all faced Will. Will was sitting at the meeting table where Nicole used to steal, he held a pen on a note which made him look like a high school student
Unlike the superhumans and officers outside, the five super humans on here including Will and Nicole are the real one upholding justice in the city and ensuring the wellness of the city. Each of them were very strong and excelled on their own area of skill and techniques
The news of how I killed BoneCracker, The Predator and King Kong had been known to them true Will"s manual share of information so when I was mentioned, they all face me a judgemental gaze, trying to predict how strong I really am
They were curious about my abilities and judgemental about my appearance; of course I appeared like a normal human.
They also knew about the matters regarding The Deceiver's Note and I'm pretty sure they will also have their hands on information that common humans can't get their hands on.
"Howl, you smelled weird but you look like a good guy, can I have a taste of you, howl"
A slender guy among them stood up, circling and sniffing me with her nose he then teased me.
His steps were light and his movements were fast, the eagerness and curiosity on her face was obvious, especially her restless gaze at me.
His pupils were straight light like a wolf under the moon, her actions were like that of a baby wolf trying to discover new things. Fortunately, he's got no hair on his body else he will look like a rhin wolf.
I removed my gaze from his face and I kindly rejected his offer.
"Wolf Guy, please sit down. There are important matters at hand that we need to treat…Shit"
"Please get off the table…Come on, stop that…your chair is down the table"
Wolf Guy started running and jumping around the table and Will tried to stop him but he was unsuccessful. Wolf Guy was so nimble and fast so he can easily dodge all trials from Will to get him off the table.
Other superhumans greeted me one by one
"Forest Man, nice to meet you, Mr Levin"
A guy who looked normal but dressed weirdly extended his hands to me. He dressed normally and his dress fit his body, making his muscles visible through it. The weird thing about his dressing was the leaves that sprout out of his body occasionally.
After a shake, he sat back down in his chair with a smile
"System fairy"
Another slightly thinner middle aged guy introduced himself, he was dressed in a systematic manner, like a hero in a video game.
The last super human stood up and stretched his hand for a shake, after the handshake, he sat back down saying nothing.
"This is Decorum, he rarely talks and loves it when people can just be quiet" Will introduced the last guy when he noticed the sign in my face.
"Now we've all met each other, I hope that we can just walk together for the next three hours. Nicole already called me, he said he would be back in the city on the next three hours so all we have to do is hold till he is back"
"Holding for three hours is a small feat since we have reinforcement here and the cops with us. My worries are what is The Vanisher is not targeting this place, what if his target is elsewhere and he's just trying to distract us?" the guy called Forest Man asked
"Relax forest Man, if it is another super villian I can say for sure, Boss and I have worked against The Vanisher for a long time, his target has always been everyone of us"
Wills said with utmost confidence despite his young face.
His confidence didn't originate from nothing, after confronting The Vanisher lots of times, he can't be afraid of him anymore. Will had fought against The Vanisher more than hundred times, he must have understood the Villian's motives and movements.
"His target is us? Sounds like the fantasy wish that never came through* he thought he's gonna really get us?"
The Vanisher used to be a playwright before he awoken, most of the high level super villain and humans knew that, that is why few super villains will most times be among the common humans that went to watch his movies in cinemas. People loved his moveis for one way or the other, his main character will always achieve the unachievable.
Therefore The Vanisher is very good in making meticulous plans used by his moveis main character to fight the super humans and he do win most times, thus one if the reasons he is dangerous
"I'll go activate the systems in the perimeter and make some magic formations he will find hard to break " System fairy stood up and left
Decorum also left his seat, silent as always.
"It's a surprise they listened to me, except from the boss, they don't listen to anyone else" Will sighed when the twos were out, with a sense of self ridicule.
"You have no worries, I will be with you till the end even if system fairy and Decorum weren't" Forest Man reassures Will
On the other hand, Wolf Guy did care what Forest Man said, he kept circling round me and sniffing, he is like a new awoken wolf even though he is not, it is obvious on his eyes that he is ready to pick me at anytime I am not looking whether I allowed it or not
All Will could do was smile under the current circumstances
"Assign the missions, we will carry it out with our best effort"
Forest Man said as he walked up to Wolf Guy and I.
Wolf Guy who was busy searching for s part of me to land his tongue on was frightened and suddenly jumped aside
"Bang"
A heavy explosion later, the upper half of my body exploded.
Blood and flesh splattered everywhere, a brilliant green plant grew out of my body, tainted with my blood and was growing rapidly.
As the blood splattered, Will was astonished as he looked dully at Forest Man painted red by my blood.
Will couldn't understand, this Forest Man before him is showing ferocity underneath the blood is different from the Forest Man that is always compassionate and accepting his missions.
One needed to o know that Forest Man is well known among the superhumans is because of his constant collaboration with the weaker super humans, he rendered help to them when it was needed unlike other independent strong super humans who won't even bat an eye at the weak ones
However, the scene before Wil's eyes made him shift his gaze between my exploded body and Forest Man in inconceivable looks.
