I didn’t know how long I was already here. I couldn’t even count them because there was eternal dark here. The last light that I saw was the first day when I woke up still as Goddess in the main cave.
The witches didn’t need the light because they could see in the night as well as in the day. I suspected that the witch queen wanted me to see everything for myself on the first day and therefore she demanded to light the torches. After that day I didn’t see the light and it was the worst torture ever. Slowly I started to look forward to the time when the queen came to my cell with cutting my skin, because it was the only time when I was not alone in darkness.
