Jays POV
I sat there watching Sage sleep for a long time. She heard me on the phone. It was only a matter of time before my brother knew of my evil heritage.
I thought back on the night, everyone seemed to be having fun. These warriors, or should i say jokesters, would have surely given up our position had I not put up a cloaking spell. That’s why I wasn’t drinking. I have to keep my guard up as well as the little force field around my pack. And still maintain the masking spell so my scent was subdued.
“She is so hot.” Rolland said. We were watching her sleep like a bunch of creeps. I knew it was wrong but I felt so possessive over her now that Rolland said she was our mate. She rolled over onto her stomach perching her ass in the air. I felt my c**k begin to harden while I thought about what I’d like to do to her.
“You f****d up.” Rolland voiced his opinion. What else was I supposed to do? I know this was all my fault. I wasn’t ready to deal with the consequences though.
As I watched sage sleep I imagined my life with her, by my side ruling our pack as my Luna. She would make a really good leader, and mother to my pups. But I didn’t want to pass on my dark magic to anyone so I shook my head at that idea. “I bet she would feel so good to fuck.” Rolland said. I didn’t disagree.
“Alpha.” She called in her sleep. I waited a second before she called me a second time. “Alpha.”
I crawled in the bed next to her, watching her face as she seemed to be struggling in a dream. “Shhhh…” I said, rubbing her shoulder.
“Alpha.” She said again.
“I’m right here Sage. I won’t let anyone hurt you.” I said. “damn right.” Rolland chimed in.
“Mmm alpha.” Sage said again. This time a little more than just calling for me. “Alpha that feels good.” I stopped rubbing her shoulder. “f**k me alpha.” She finally said.
“Let’s f**k her.” Rolland said excitedly.
“Dude no. She’s asleep, she’s just dreaming.” I said. But I wasn’t upset at what I had heard.
“Bro she’s dreaming about us, f*****g her. That’s consent.” Rolland encouraged me.
“Not in my book.” I said. I crawled out of the bed, careful not to disturb her slumber. I slept outside under the stars and thought about how I was going to approach the conversation that she started before falling asleep. I needed to rest and regain my focus if I was going to lead this attack. We still didn’t know what we were up against. I fell asleep thinking of the purple in the mountain lions eyes, obviously magic was afoot. Were my amateur powers going to be enough to protect my pack? We came here every year and although this wasn’t technically our territory, it was the home to many of my childhood memories and I would defend it til the day I died.
