I met up with my friend at the usual spot, I rubbed my jaw, wincing slightly as I sat down across from him. “So… what did you find?” I asked, trying to keep my voice steady, hiding the exhaustion behind it. He picked it up, examining it carefully.. But after a few minutes, he shook his head. “Nothing much,” he said finally. “All I got was a name. Delgrave.” I cursed under my breath, the sound sharp and bitter. “Delgrave? Why… why are these shops using such poor quality paper for receipts? Do they want us to fail?” I ran a hand through my hair, frustrated. “I swear, everything about this stupid city is making things harder than they need to be.” He raised an eyebrow, leaning back in his chair. “Calm down, man.
