Christian Waking up, I stretched my arms, feeling the emptiness on the side of the bed where my mate should have been. I jolted up, scanning the room, but it was clear she wasn't in the room with me. I pulled the covers off of me and pulled on a pair of joggers before walking out of our room and headed to the kitchen. When I entered the bright room, the coffee pot was half empty, and Anna was sitting at the table eating a fruit salad and chugging down cup after cup of coffee. "Good morning, are you OK?"
