“He f*****g left me.” I sobbed, and Max held me tightly. “I will talk to him, Cass.” He said quietly to me, and I continued to cry in his arms. “Stay here.” Max kissed my forehead, and he quickly ran out, running to Alex. I put my face in my hands, and I sobbed. “Come here.” Cassian said quietly, and I ignored him. I heard a sigh, and I heard footsteps, and suddenly I felt arms wrap around me, and that familiar scent of vanilla hit me. Cassian. “It will be okay. Just take deep breaths.” He rubbed my back, and I cried in his arms. “Come.” He guided me towards the room, and I sat on the bed. “It will be okay. Please calm down.” He sits next to me, wrapping his arm around me, and deep down inside, it felt like something in my heart was being fixed. Like a broke piece of glas
