“He f*****g left me.” I sobbed, and Max held me tightly.
“I will talk to him, Cass.” He said quietly to me, and I continued to cry in his arms.
“Stay here.” Max kissed my forehead, and he quickly ran out, running to Alex.
I put my face in my hands, and I sobbed.
“Come here.” Cassian said quietly, and I ignored him.
I heard a sigh, and I heard footsteps, and suddenly I felt arms wrap around me, and that familiar scent of vanilla hit me.

“It will be okay. Just take deep breaths.” He rubbed my back, and I cried in his arms.
“Come.” He guided me towards the room, and I sat on the bed.
