Chapter 31 — Punish me

The chauffeur came by my apartment just a minute before 8. He rang the bell to pick me up and Molly attended him.
“I’m here for Keira Marrow,” he said.
I quickly grabbed my purse and zipped up my dress before rushing out to leave. I didn’t want Molly to know where I was going or with whom I would be staying the night.
“Who’s that?” Molly asked as she stopped me by the door.
“No one, I’m just going to a friends house and she sent me a driver.” I smiled.
She knew I was lying.
“Really?” She placed her hands on her hips and raised her eyebrow.
“Okay, I’ll tell you later, I’m running late now.” I said while giving her a hug and then leaving my apartment.
