Chapter twenty-five- Why not?
They sat face to face, they had both ordered for coffee but Elsie had on her face, a serious expression. She glared at Ford and said to her,
“I am really serious about this, help me check it out in company files. This person mustn’t go scout free.”
Ford smiled and sipped on his coffee, he raised his eyes and stared at her. When he was done, he only checked his phone. Elsie was confused at his reaction, he wasn’t taking her seriously and she knew it. And so, she took her bag and said to him,
“I don’t think you are taking me seriously here. So, I will leave you to accompany your coffee since it seems you only see it here.”
