"Really. I don't......." she hadn't finished what she was saying when a deep voice interrupted her. "Hey baby....." Boyd smiled at Olivia hoping to pacify her
"Boyd? what are you doing here?"
"Ouch baby! Aren't you happy to see me? We haven't seen each other for some time now and I missed you sooo much." Boyd whined playfully
"We saw each other the day before yesterday...."
" I know that , but I missed you. c'mon."
" Whatever......." Olivia rolled her eyes at him and went back to her seat .
" Come on babe, you didn't even give me a welcome kiss. Do you always have to be complicated ?"
" Well, that's what you get for leaving me hanging." Olivia said matter-of-factly
" But I explai-"
' Of course you explained.' Olivia said through the mind link with a voice laced with sarcasm
" Okay, I get it. I'm sorry can you forgive me?"
" It's better we talk about this at home. Don't spoil the mood."
Boyd sighed in defeat. Only then did he notice Alex who has been watching them in silence." Hi"
" Hi." Alex replied with a smile
Seeing that Boyd finally dropped the topic, Olivia decided to introduce them
" Alex, this is Boyd my fiancé ," then she turned to Boyd " Boyd this is my friend Alex, she's my neighbour she moved in yesterday."
" Nice to meet you. I'm Alexandria Thorn, my friends call me Alex or Andrea."
" Boyd Wolfe, I'm Olivia's fiancé. Nice to meet you."
" Alex is a neurosurgeon at the NYMC. Isn't that great?" Olivia said with sparkling eyes
" Of course. It's a very good thing." then he turned to Alex " Congratulations."

********Few minutes later******
Olivia's phone beeped indicating that she got a message. She looked at her phone and smiled " They'll be here soon."
" Who will be here?" Boyd asked clearly confused
" Derek and Max ."
" Okay. Do you know about this." He asked turning to Alex
" Yes. She told me after......." she had barely finished talking when a deep voice came from behind her " I thought it will be just three of us...." Max paused when he inhaled the most intoxicating scent he has ever perceived. Just then.....
