Chapter 5: Neighbors I

Alex parked in the underground parking lot and turned off the engine .
Jeez, what a day.
She is exhausted, but the day ended quite well . She moved into her apartment and shopped for groceries . The trip proved to Alex that she needs a car. The closest grocery store was three blocks away and carrying four grocery bags on foot, would be a whole lot of difficulty.
After getting the car, Alex drove to a large home decor store in search of accessories that will make her apartment feel like home.

Alex is happy with the outcome of her shopping, but now she is looking at the pile of boxes in her trunk , thinking of how many trips she needs to make to take all that up to her penthouse ? She is confident that if she stacks them right, she can carry them all in one trip . Maybe.......

Olivia is frustrated . Boyd just told her he is on a business trip and can not come over to spend the night with her.
'what is wrong with this guy? Always changing the plan at the last minute. F**k! '
"I'll so deal with you when you get back!" Olivia curses. "Now I have to sleep alone....." Well she is already here so she just has to go into her apartment, and hug her pillow to sleep.
Olivia was amused to see a pile of eight boxes and a pair of legs..... walking towards the elevator.
"Do you need help?" Olivia asked. "uhm ..... yes." Alex replied "If you can help me press the '31' button, that would be great. Thanks. "
" Penthouse? No problem . "Alex saw that only the 31 button was lit up
"Are you going to the penthouse also? "She asked
" Yes, 31A."Olivia answered
" Are you my neighbor? "She asked once more.
" Yes, I stay in 31A.So can I help?"Olivia asked again.
" Of course. Thanks. "
'...... Ohh. I actually bumped into my neighbor. Thank God! '
