I woke up and the sun wasn't up yet, I checked the clock on the wall, 5:32 oh, we usually wake up by 5:30 but I guess this is okay probably with time I'd be waking around 6 not like I'm complaining about the early waking but sometimes it can be too stressful
I looked at Amara ( the baby) she hasn't woken up yet, maybe a walk would help right now, I gave her a kiss then locked the room before going out, I don't trust people easily, it's best to lock the door
This place is really big, I could get lost, but I made sure to save the path I followed in my head, using numbers, I know I'm good with maths, but I suck at spellings like English in general is damn hard, how can meat and meet be pronounced the same way, and read and read be spelled the same way, it's confusing and annoying but for maths it uses numbers, the more reason i like computers but the orphanage isn't so equipped to have such
So far the total number of rooms is 17 but it's probably more, I feel like I haven't even explored half the house yet but it's so freaking huge that I'm tired, alright time to go back, it's 6:01 according to my observance the baby usually wake by 6:30-6:40, suddenly a door grabbed my attention, which is wired, but don't blame me, it's painted red, okay more like the darkest shade of red, but still it's tempting, curiosity killed the cat, one part of my brain said, but satisfaction brought it back, another part said
I walked to the door like a cat, the doors are huge, not too huge but at least 2 people can enter at the same time, i tried the handle, hmm, its looked, sad
" you shouldn't be here" someone said, taking me by surprise
" oh I'm so so sorry, I'm new here, I kinda lost my way" I said bowing a bit, one thing I learnt is to always give respect to all no matter the class, she looks like a maid by the way, but she's older than me

After she left, I opened the door to see the baby still sleeping, it's 6:40, well I better bath, the baby can rest some more, oh I spoke too soon, the baby is up, at least she didn't wake up with a fuss
" Good morning Amara, did you sleep well, good, well do I have your permission to bath you" i asked and she giggled
" good let go, airplane style " I spined her around a bit, but she started crying
" aww sorry baby, I won't spin you around again you hear, sorry " i rocked her a bit and she stopped crying"
after bathing myself and her I dressed her up, up we definitely need that shopping Ashley talked about, speak of the angel and here she is ( p.s i know it's devil but Ashley can't be referred as one)

I went to the closet and carried the last pair of clothes Ashley gave me, I wore it and head out buf i found Ashley and Amara on the bed sleeping, they looked so cute so i used Ashley's phone to snap them both, ya I know her password, it's ashley20, who uses their real name and age as a password, i decided to remove my shirt and sleep on the couch, no im not naked i wore a singlet, soon sleep carried me away

We walked out, I saw a few maids working, soon i to will
" how many maids works here exactly" I asked Ashley
" Oh just 10 plus you making 11, quite small for this big house but then my mom doesn't like the crowd and we pay them well so they don't have a reason for complaints" she said
" ohh, so how much would I be receiving" i asked her
" ya it's 2k Euros per month, but it's should increase with time"
" okay that's okay" what that's more than okay with the inflation in Nigeria now that should be around 3m per month, and I have a house to say in and food and the babies finances is cared for by Ashley, wow this is a match made in heaven, I know people usually use that when they find an almost perfect person
" hey girls" , Mrs Chiara said

" hey mom" Ashley said and I looked at her
" Ashley, you have to greet properly" I told her " it's good morning ma or mom" I added
" alright, good morning mom" she corrected, her mom looks shocked but hid it almost perfectly
" good morning, you two, are you going for shopping, here use this card" she handed us the card
" oh thank you ma" I waited for Ashley to receive them looked at her after a while

We went to the car area and she picked a key and walked to a car
" are you allowed to drive that" I asked
" ya it's my car, with that too" she said and pointed to another car
I'd love to learn how to drive a car too, but for now, I guess I'm good, the worse thing on earth is to have a big eye for things
The ride to the, ehh, the boutique?
" Ashley where are we" I asked
" the boutique"

" ya let's go in first"
The boutique isn't all a boutique it's has little of everything and trust me everything here is expensive and yet Ashley claimed that this is the cheapest boutique she knows, just imagine, I spotted where phones are been sold

" okay" we took at least 20 minutes getting a phone, I ended up choosing Camon 20 iPhones are good but too expensive,and I need to save money, damn Ashley beat me to paying for it, oh no so sad, please note my sarcasm, I'm not a golddigger but if someone insists on paying then who I'm I to say no, I got a SIM card to and kept all in my bag, it's needs to be charged before anything
I ended up getting baby clothes for Amara and other essentials, especially Shea butter at first Ashley said no, but I insisted, I didn't buy anything for myself apart for undies, since it's better to buy those here, I paid for my things and Ashley paid the babies things
In the end we found a cheaper store which Ashley complained a lot about but she herself found some nice things there, it's a very good store with beautiful clothing, plus it's cheap, so it's now my favorite
We went back to the house and found Amara playing with the maids, so sweet, I gave her some of the fruits I bought, Mrs Chiara entered the kitchen
" wow the laugher is contagious" she smiled " how was your shopping trip" she asked me
" it was good, thanks once more"
" sure, if you're free can I speak to you in my room" she asked
" sure, sure thing" I washed my and and followed her, while Ashley gave me a thumbs up, alright this will be alright
