The driver, Rico, pulled his taxi cab up to the Tickfawe Memorial Hospital. The outside of the hospital looked dirty and run-down, and the parking lot was full of old cars. “Stay here,” said Dr. Palmer again as he climbed out of the cab. “I can wait as long as you want,” answered Rico again. “But I have to tell you, all this time is adding up.
