Morning eventually came and I lazily got out of my comfortable bed. I showered and picked up a random shopping bag to find out what I'd be wearing for the day. It turned out to be a leather skater skirt, a loose white shirt, knee high socks, a beanie, sunglasses and a pair of heels.
I quickly through the outfit on, slightly tucking the shirt in, I grabbed my bag and headed out the front door before anybody could ask any questions.
Melony was waiting outside for me, when she saw my outfit she gave a proud smile.
We were halfway to school when I realised that I hadn't eaten breakfast, my stomach rumbled loudly, Melony tossed me an apple as if she'd known that this would happen.
We were about to turn the corner to follow the road to school, but instead she pulled me and we went in the opposite direction.
"Where are we going, school's the other way ? " I questioned." Just, trust me. " she replied.
I agreed but I wasn't happy about it.
We ended up in some random park and I saw a few figures ahead, this must be where she disappears to.
We walked up to the crowd of people and they greeted us with a smile, they didn't seem too bad. They were all wearing the same kind of hipster clothing.
I looked around at everyone and suddenly my eyes fell on, Finn.
"Hi" he said with a smile and grabbed my arm leading me out of the circle of people.
Him and I walked around this large park in silence for about 5 minutes in silence, but not an awkward kind of silence.
He suddenly spoke up, "Nice outfit." he said with a smirk. "Th-thanks." I said nervously. "Let me guess, Melony's idea?", he asked. "Yeah, sort of." I replied. "Well I can't say that it's a bad idea." he said and with him saying that I blushed slightly.
We walked back to the rest of the group, making small talk on the way there.
I talked with Melony and her friends for a while and once two o'clock came I decided to head back home before my family starts to worry.
I was almost gone when suddenly someone ran up beside me, it was once again, Finn. "At least let me walk you home." he said. I gave in and we carried on walking until we got to my gate. "See you tomorrow?" he asked. I took a moment to think about it, you know what I'm tired of being a goody two shoes, "Definitely" I said a little too excitedly.
I practically ran up to my bedroom, closed the door and screamed into my pillow, just to let all my excitement out.
