Aiden growls as he tries to get feral with the urge to let him out. But I control my mind as I focus on what Kelsey has to say. My whole body turns red as my chest rises heavily.
When I lost my father and had to step up to build my pack to make it one of the strongest, Kelsey was the one who sided me apart from my brothers. We were easy targets for many when my father lost his life. From being the target, to becoming the leaders, we have built this pack. It didn't happen in a day. We have struggled in the early years.
I know that she will always try to ensure that our pack is safe and sound. That was the main reason I had promised her to make her my Luna. And I have no doubt that she will manage her Luna responsibilities very diligently.
