Chapter Nineteen Jasira Sanders POV °°° “When I grow up, I'll be the strongest.” I tell mom, who holds my hand tight. I'm always afraid of the dark, and mom tells me that it's only because I'm still young. And that as I grow older, I will not be this scared.
