Entry 010

Gone was the heartbroken boy who wept a handful of tears in the middle of the grassland, under the shining sky. Last night, I was able to see a different side of him, in a different light. A softer, weaker side, I guess. He was a heartbroken guy. He once loved a girl who eventually broke his heart. And he never loved again, after that. But looking at him now, you would never have the idea that he was a cry baby last night. And yes, he was inside of my room again. Messing with my things, playing with my phone, crumpling the covers of my bed, stuffing every food in his mouth, making himself comfortable as if it was his own room. I then started preparing for my own snack. “Open your mouth,” he commanded. “But wh—“ I wasn’t able to finish my words because he came closer to me, his face inches away from me. His face was too near that it overwhelmed my system. My heart started thumping into a mumbo jumbo. But what struck me the most was when he stuffed half of the bread on my mouth. And the next thing I knew, he was laughing so hard like there was no tomorrow and pat my head like I was a kid who got a star for reciting a very easy question in kindergarten. “Very good, Hush. I told you, I’m not selfish. And by the way, thanks for the snack.” He started walking out of my room with a grin on his face. When he reached the door, he waved his hand and shut it. While me, I was left standing, the bread on my mouth and my heart’s fast beats. The nerve of that guy!
