“Thank you, your honor. You are correct. No dispositive motions have been filed in this case. The case is ready to be scheduled for trial,” Amy Harbinger answered.
“Counsel for Analysis, Mr. Mendoza, do you agree?” Judge Logan asked.

“Well, now that discovery is finished in this case and it’s ready for trial, I’ll need to check my calendar,” Judge Logan said as she skimmed the digital calendar on her computer for availability. “It looks like I’m booked until the summer. How long do the parties need?”
