Chapter Forty Seven:it almost makes something inside me shift
I can barely contain my excitement as Kyle pulls into the driveway. I am impatient to get out of the car actually and I am sure it is very much written on my face.
It has not even been a full month since I came here but it was definitely the longest I have gone without visiting home. And it does help that too much has gone on in my usually dull school world, so I actually need to get away, but I am not going to tell that to my mom or she will be completely convinced that the entire visit is all about escaping some trouble that I have caused for myself at school.
