Noise Maker

Erika had gotten up early in the morning, she sat up on the bed, the LA sunshine sparkling through the window, after a while of dazed blinking and rubbing her eyes, Erika was going to lean down to kiss Jake awake, but of course he wasn't there; Jake had gotten very attached and clingy to her last year when he'd first gotten out of prison, before their fight, secretly Erika enjoyed it, due to most of their relationship being distant and rocky before, but now it seemed like his clingy phase was over. They were still together, but Jake was distant, and she still couldn't understand why-

Erika frowned as she made her way to Jake and her huge bathroom, now remembering what she saw the night before. Erika gently sheds her nightware off, turning the shower on, stepping inside letting out a quiet sigh as the water refreshed her skin, waking her up further as she began washing her face first, using a fruity face scrub.

*What was Jake doing in there, am I missing the baby myself? Or did I really see that- it feels so real...* Erika thought as she rinsed her face off, leaving it soft and fragrant, if that room and everything she saw was real, her and Jake had something to talk about...

Erika's face scrunched up, as she cleaned off and walked out a towel wrapped around her, while she made her way back to the bedroom, on into her closet, she put on some black lingerie before going back to the bathroom, sitting at the elegant vanity Jake had built for her.

*Me and Jake haven't had much time to talk about anything, his relapse, time in jail, the baby...* Erika pondered over everything as she dusted her face with makeup, she sighed, before tightening her grip on her makeup brush, *Stress is a choice* She tried reminding herself; Things could get hectic if she let it, but as long as she took things for what they were and pushed forwards, everything would work itself out the way it always had to.

As she tried to relax for a bit, an idea came to her head, she decided she would take Jake out to the spa, his birthday was coming up, and she wanted to treat him.

Jake had been going through a lot himself, she was sure he was stressed out, but he did manage to pull through in the end and was really there for her as best as he could be during her recovery after they lost Jax Paul, even when they had fought before she gave birth, he came back, making Erika very proud of how much Jake had recovered since they first started a relationship, but still, she knew Jake needed help even if he didn't admit it openly, she remembered back in Miami with his first confession about his relapse the look in his eyes when he told her, things had gone downhill since then, but Erika was determined not to let things get any worse.

*My baby's about to be 21...* Erika thought happily, she knew she had to get him a present he wouldn't forget, something to show her appreciation and love for him, something that would help get rid of any stress holding him down, his whole birthday had to be perfect...And Erika was gonna see to it, it was.

"How are you today Erika?" Nick greeted as Erika, make up on and dressed for the day, came into the living room, where Nick, Chance and Anthony sat, editing on their laptops.

"Pretty good, is Jake home?" Erika asked, "He's your husband, shouldn't you know?" Anthony joked with slight peeked curiosity, Erika rolled her eyes at him, lightly slapping the back of his head as she passed the back of the couch, coming around the other side to sit in another chair.

"You really haven't seen him today?" Nick questioned looking up from his laptop again, "Nope, he's hard to get a hold of lately, I'm surprised he didn't wake me up before he left..." Erika said frowning, knowing in the back of her mind, there could be problems Jake was avoiding, "I saw him leave this morning, I think he was going to a meeting today," Nick told her, Erika nodded taking out her phone to text him.

"Oh, by the way, as long as we're all here, do you guys know what's coming up?" Erika questioned, flicking her thumb down her phone screen scrolling, "What's coming up?" Kade asked rubbing his hands together, as he waltzed into the room Nathan trailing him, both just getting done editing some video clips and pictures for Jake.

"Jake's birthday," Erika said casually as she clicked on his title on her phone, head down staring at the screen, the team exchanged glaces to one another, feeling the chill crisp room suddenly become tense; Jake Paul, sure some of them had gotten closer to him, but since everything happened, especially with Tessa and the Twins testifying against him, he hadn't been exactly friendly to them, due to previous trust issues from his old teamates that situation making him relive the old feelings- Regardless, they knew Jake, and he was on the boarderline obessed with himself, his fans and fame, and for such an important event to be coming up like his 21st birthday, it automatically put pressure on them, knowing if he got less then he expected he would get offended, take it personally and slip further back into his old habits.

"I'm thinking we take him out for his birthday? Like a vacation for the week, he needs one, he'll get to make content for it, we can give him his gifts- I can invite Logan," Erika suggested still not noticing the Teams apprehension, as she typed out a message to Jake,

"Sounds good," Anthony finally spoke up, he was one of the teamates to get kicked out before, when he got involved in Jake and Erika's drama- which everyone should know by now- you can't do. And this trip was a perfect recipe for it.
