-Hunter- I had been strangely jumpy these last few days—more energized than usual. I noticed Elijah seemed the same, but he wasn’t home much lately. He spent a lot of time at his uncle’s territory, which was slowly becoming his own. I believed Ryan was quite happy that Elijah had finally decided to take over. It would give him a chance to reconcile with Harper, at least if he found the courage to do so. Archer, however, had not been much help. He was on edge—angry and irritated.
