Valerio Holding a plate in my hand, I walked back to my room, listening to the voices filling the space. Avoiding a few pack members on my way up the stairs, I quickly reached my bedroom on the top floor. Entering, I found Octavia on the ground, the chain around her neck still allowing her to sit. She had her legs folded, arms crossed, and eyes closed. She had sat like that this morning too. Curious, I walked closer, feeling that slight pull as I moved toward her. As I stood in front of her, I expected her to look at me, to glare, but she just kept quiet, sitting completely still. It made me suspicious.
