Mason couldn’t believe what he was hearing. Saying that Ava’s voice is sweet and golden is an understatement. He loved music and he loved to sing but all his life, he haven’t heard anyone as good as her. He listened as she sang a song he also knew by heart. It was one of his classical favorites not only because of the lyrics but because of the melody. Close To You by the Carpenters will always be his ultimate favorite and now that Ava was singing it for him, he already felt closer to her. He gripped the steering wheel harder as he tried to focus on driving. It may not be the perfect timing for him to be curious with another girl after finding out about William and Sadie but he couldn’t stop wondering how could Ava seem to know so many things about him when she just started working for him
