The sound of my alarm pierced through the morning silence, jolting me awake. My eyes fluttered open, and before I could even think of rousing Ara from her slumber, I reached out to switch off the blaring noise.
After turning off the alarm, I climbed out of bed and made my way to the bathroom, still a bit bleary-eyed. Once in the bathroom, I washed my face and did a quick refresh before changing into my clothes for the day.
I opted for a sleek black sleeveless tank top paired with comfortable black leggings. To complete my outfit, I slipped into a trusty pair of running shoes, readying myself for some much-needed exercise.
