Amethyst's POV
"Will you come back soon?" Ara asked Ady, her big eyes shimmering with a hint of sadness.
Ady ruffled her hair playfully, a small smile gracing his lips. "I’ll try to come back soon," he replied, his voice warm with reassurance.
Then, he turned to look at me with a thoughtful gaze. "Be careful on your way back and let us know when you arrive in California," I reminded him, and he nodded in understanding.
"I will. Now, come here and give your big brother a goodbye hug," he said, opening his arms wide, a gesture that was both inviting and affectionate.
I chuckled softly at his playful demeanor and walked up to him, wrapping my arms around him in a warm hug.
