I opened my eyes slowly to find King Nikolai holding Viktor’s hand.
He twisted it slowly and Viktor began to scream, trying to pull away while his cries filled the air.
He dislocated Viktor’s arm before tossing him to the ground like trash.
“Don’t you dare, appear before her.” He ordered and Viktor nodded vigorously, crying as he rolled on the ground.
I was still in shock when King Nikolai grabbed my hand, dragging me out with him.
Everyone stared at me, I bowed my head, wishing the ground could swallow me.
Once inside, he pushed me to the wall, pressing down on me. He grabbed my hands, holding them at my sides while he stared at me.
His dark gaze burned into my eyes. My chest rose and fell rapidly, I was momentarily swayed, I couldn’t do a thing.
