“Argh! Have you heard the rumors?” Aleena demanded as she walked into my room.
I scoffed, gritting my teeth, knowing she was here to bring news about that damned human.
“She parades herself around now and Ashley just informed me that she’s been relieved of her duties, how can a mere human come into our kingdom to take our kings!” She gritted out with rage and I chuckled.
“Our hands are tied, Selena. The kings would kill us if we touch a hair on her head… I hate it but we can’t touch her directly.” I replied and she scoffed.
