She opened her eyes as the first, soft ray of sunlight kissed her cheek. Setting her position, she fixed her black uniform, before finding me sitting on the couch. Her cap was on her head, hiding her long, wavy red hair.
“A-Alpha?” She held her cap tightly.
“You slept on my bed last night, Leon.” I rose to my feet and slowly walked over to her.
Her whole body became anxious.
“I-I was drunk. I'm sorry, Alpha.” She dropped her hands to her side, assured that her identity was still a secret.
A girl entered the Packhouse disguised as a man and was serving the Alpha as his beta. If anyone found out, she could have been dead.
She broke the rules.
“Leon Lancaster.”
