Just My Luck

Chapter 13

As Scott and I walk hand in hand, we are all to aware that a black suv has been following us. Jason suggested turning the corner to go get food. We didn't think nything of it. But when we turned the corner my heart stopped. Jason was standing there with a sedistic smile on his face holding a gun to my best friends head.

"What the f*ck are you doing?" Scott screams out, letting go of my hand inching a little closer to them.

"Ah ah ah, I wouldn't do that if I wear you." He says grinning pushing the barrel of the gun further into Sadies head making her wince.

"OK, OK, just don't hurt her." Scott says taking a small step back.

"Now that I have you attention Scott. We have a few things to talk about. First we are going to go back to the hotel, my friends are going to join us." He says pointing at the black suv.

"We are going to calmly walk to the room. Act like everything is normal." He says looking down at sadie kissing her cheek.

"F*ck you." Sadie spits out.

"Awe I thought you loved me honey."

"Get your f*****g hands off me."

"Now now, is that any way to talk to the man you love?" He says going to try and kiss her again. Sadie rears her head back making contact with his face. Jason turns her around back handing her across her face knocking her to the ground.

"Sadie!!!" I go to try and rush towards her but Jason raise his gun in my direction. Scott then pulls me back behind him.

"It's fine Ally." She mumbles out.

"Now, let's go." Jason says grabbing her up by her arm.

We make it to the hotel and are instructed to go in and open up the side exit so we don't alarm anyone. When Scott and I make our way to the side door we see 2 more guys standing behind Jason and Sadie. We 're out numbered. We make it to our room and one of the guys locks the door and stands by it while the other goes to the balcony door standing guard there.

"Now that the excitement has settled down a little." He says throwing sadie to the side.

"Let's get down to business." He says pointing the gun at Scott. I take this moment to run to Sadie. He didn't like my fast movements.

"Hey!!!" He screams pointing the gun towards me.

"Your beef is with me, not with them. Point the gun back at me. Leave them out of this." Scott says getting his attention. Jason chuckles again with that same sinister look on his face.

"Your right, my beef is with you."

"So what do you want?"

"You see, I heard you pussied out of the family business."

"What's your point."

"You backed out at the most inoportune time Mr. Scott."

"Meaning?"

"You were supposed to come work for my father. You were going to make him a lot of money."

"Sorry to dissapoint." Jason laughs at this and walks up to Scott hitting him with the butt end of his gun.

"Scott!!"

"Stay back Ally." He says while wiping a bit of blood of his eyebrow.

"Ya, we wouldn't want sweet Ally getting hurt now would we?"

"Leave her out of this."

"It's not her I want. It's you. And I think I know just how to get it." Jason nods to one of the guys telling him to grab me.

"NO!" Scott yells, but the other body guard was there holding him back.

"Oh don't worry Scott. I know the repercussion of touching her........ But what about her?" He points to Sadie.

"Don't f*cking touch her." I scream out. Jason looks at me and starts taking small steps towards me.

"My my, someone ought to teach you some manners."

"I swear to god if you touch her." Scott says in a low dangerous tone. Jason only chuckles and starts walking back towards Sadie. She is trying to get away from him but he easily over powers her. He slams her down on the bed and forces her arms above her head.

"Sadie!!" I scream out. She looks at me with tears bubbling up in her eyes.

"Take me!!!" I scream out.

"Ally No!!" Scott and Sadie say at the same time. Jason looks between us. That same creepy smile forming on his lips.

"Take me." I say not resisting the body guard any more. I put my hands up in surrender.

"Please. You want to get to him, take me." He nods to the guard who lets go of me and walks back to the window.

"Ally please. Don't do this." Scott says. I see the pain in his eyes. Looking at him I stair for a moment in hopes he catches what I'm trying to do.

"Ally." He says again. More pain laced in his face than before. Crap I don't think he gets it.

"Stay put, or you get a bullet." He's looking at Sadie while he says this. She nods to him in understanding. I look at Sadie as he looks aways from her. She nods her head just slightly so no one notices. She knows.

"Mmmm, A fine woman you have indeed Scott." He says while going to make his way off the bed.

"Ally."

"Scott stop. If it's between me or her, I'm going to chose to save her." Scotts shoulders slump a little in defeat. We hold eye contact for a few seconds before I turn to Jason.

"You want me? Here I am." Jason smirks getting fully off the bed. Just then Sadie swings her leg up kicking Jason in his face, he drops the gun. She quickly gets up grabbing for the gun aiming it at Jason. Scott headbutts the bodyguard behind him turning around grabbing his head and twisting. snapping his neck. I turn to punch the guard behind me to no avail. He smiles and punches me sending me to the ground. He pulls out his gun aiming it at Sadie.

"Sadie!" I scream out. She swings around looking when Jason kicks her feet out from under her. Sending the gun flying out of her hand. I loo up and see Scott fighting with the body guard, and Sadie fighting with Jason when I hear gunshots ring out.
