This cake is so good , Ella why are you not eating your cake?

"I'm not that hungry."

"Ok." Suit yourself there's more for me then.

Ella stared at the ceiling, for like ten minutes. She even didn't notice Maddie was talking to her.

"Hey ",Ella is something bothering you?

"Huh"?

Hey, Ella i was talking to you.

"Um.. sorry".

"That's ok." You know we are best friends ,and you are like a sister to me.

'Yeah, i know."

Let me guess , this has something to do about him.

"How did you know'?

I said it was a guess, but also we are best friends for god sake Ella! , I know you better then you know yourself.

"Yeah ,, it's about him". I been thinking lately where is he , or how is he doing.

You know i told you not to think about him.

"Yeah i know " , its just that i been through a lot of stuff with him, and we loved each other so much.

"Ella! remember what i told you".

You told me to move on and forget him, to find love and be happy. But you know i can't do that.

How long it's been since you to broke up?

Ella sigh," It's been two years ."

And you could't just forget about him , ' why is that "?

Because when i get too attached, or care too much i always end up being hurt. "Thats why."

My father left, my mother is trying hard to work so she could pay me collage , and the person i trusted the most has lied to me behind my back.

Somehow, I'm convinced that i'm not worthy of anyone's love. Not even my own.

That's not true, Ella, Maddie shouted. You are the most lovely person i know, you care far to much, and you would do anything for the ones you love. You will find someone to love you back, beside me and your mom.

You really believe i can just be normal again, find someone who will not lie to me or cheat on me.

"I do belive . "You need to belive it too. Somewhere out there is your soulmate, and he is waiting for you.

Ther's not such things as soulmate or even true love.I stopped believing in it, and i don't want to find it. I was a fool to believe he was the one , and know i don't want to open up my heart to anyone anymore.

You will in time, trust me. Now come on just try at least a piece of this cake .

While Ella and Maddie were talking, Travis was hiding behind the door. He listened to the whole conventions.

"Max i need you."

"Oh, so now you need me" . What do you want?

"It's about Ella". i think we need to give her, us time.

What are you talking about?

We need to give her some space she's been through alot, and if i am going to tell her what we are she need to trust us first. Maybe if she does she will let me claim her. Then i can give her the love she deserves.

If that's what you want then ok . But there's something you need to know.

"What is it'?

I feel she's in danger.

How? this town doesn't even have wolves our kind, or vampires and witches. She is in the safest place she could be. And she has us to protect her.

"Fine, "but don't go beg for me to help you when i tell you i told you so.

Mrs. Salvatore walked back into the living room caring drinks.

"Here you go girls."

"Thank you."

How's Mr. Salvatore? "said Ella."

Henry is fine. He's just been busy with work.

As usual. Being a doctor isn't easy job at all, i mean you have a lot of patients to take care of. And people's life depend on you.

"Yeah, you're right."

"So", how are things at your work Mrs. Salvatore?

They are amazing, we had a lot of customers.

"Well thats amazing to hear."

Anyways i leave you and Maddie to chat. Ella tell your mom i said hi.

Travis decided that know is the right time to walk in and introduce himself.

Ella look over there! He is so hot , if you don't take him i will.

"Hi , I'm Maddie." Nice to meet you.

"Hi ",it's nice to meet you too. Hermosa. 'I'm Travis'.

What did he said ?

'Wait,' Ella you can speak spanish?

"Yeah you dumbass". I have spanish classes in college.

"Of course you do". How can i forgot.

Because your head is in clouds sometimes.

They both started laughing. That's when Travis notice's that Ella has an amazing smile. That he would like to see more.

Anyways , "I'm Ella" nice to meet you.

Ella blushed, at his words knowing what they mean.

Travis you should try this cake it's so good.

Maddie! "i'm so sorry,' she can be annoying sometimes.

That's ok. "i would love to try it."

So Maddie whats your major at collage?

"Well", i study psychology.

Wow, "that's cool."

"Why?"

Well i always wanted to be an actress. It was my dream you know. Ella do you remember my amazing impressions of Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow.

"I do remember. "You were amazing, i mean you still are.

So why didn't you do it?

'I gess some dreams just stay dreams."

Ella whats your major?

Mine is art. I always wanted to become famous artist. Mostly when i was a kid i would draw roses, moon or sun, i don't know why i draw them. But know i draw nature people everything i like.

"Wow ,that's amazing."

That's not all she is good at it. Maddie said.

Maddie don't you dare.

She is amazing singer and songwriter.

Oh, "really?"

"Yeah, "i think she should be a star .

"That's cool."

No , it's not. Anyhow, whats your major in collage Travis?

Um..... 'art."

'Oh, really" i gess we would have same clases.

"I gess we do."

What do you draw the most?

Nature.

Maddie whisper something in Ella's ear so only she could hear it.

"Omg Ella , this is fate ".You have the same goal and classes, and don't try deny it the chemistry between you.

Maddie stop it okay, you can not pick any boy you want for me. "Please just stop."

"Fine."

Excuse me, 'i need to go to bathroom.'

Ella was about to stand up and go , when she saw Travis standing up too.

Um... why are you standing?

It's a custom in my pac.. um house that we stand up when lady wants to go.

Oh.. okay that's weird.

Ella was in the bathroom when she heard that voice in her head again.

"Are you okay"?

From that moment she thought she was going crazy , but then anything is possible.

"I'm fine," don't worry about me. Stupid brain why did you answer it.

Are you sure you are okay? that voice asked her again.

Okay , i'm not going crazy but i think that voice now sure belongs to Travis. There's no other explanation for this.

Ella went back to the living room.

Are you alright Ella? " Asked Maddie."

"I 'm fine ," i gess i'm just tired that's all.

"Do you want to go home?'

Yeah, i think that would be for the best.

Then let's go.

They were in front of the door, when Travis took Ella's hand up to his lips and kiss her.

"Ella blashed,' and felt sparks through her hand.

Bye Travis ,that was the last thing Ella said to him before walking to her own house.
