It was a long night. After being given access to the crime scene and meeting with some contacts, we all agreed it was this new cartel. That was the only thing we could work out, other than it was deliberate. It was frustrating and had all the alphabet agencies from all over the world scrambling. The stakes had increased and everyone was panicking.
