That’s when I saw the beautiful German Sheppard at the mans side. It had a muzzle on and was lying on the ground looking up at everyone.
Both my children were huge animal buffs like me. We used to have a dog, Chance, a mix breed mutt that looked like she was a cross between a bull mastiff, a rottweiler and about another three larger dog breeds.
I’ve always preferred larger dogs and surprised Cam one day by coming home from a shopping trip with a two-year-old rescue. I just happened to be going past a no-kill shelter… just happened to be in the neighborhood… just happened to be… so I just thought I would go in.
I was surprised to see one of our neighbors working there. She was a beautiful older woman that we had only really said hi in passing to.
