CHAPTER FIVE
The weather was sunny, the waves were gentle and soothing to watch. A slight breeze rustled the palm tree leaves as Lizzie went out onto her private balcony after checking into her room that overlooked the ocean. Her boss had been right. It was gorgeous down here, and right before tourist season picked up in earnest so not crowded at all.
Smiling, she unpacked her things, changed into her two piece and grabbed a plush beach towel from the nearby stack just beyond the doors to the hotel patio. Out by the pool she selected a chair and ordered a raspberry daquiri from the polite and attentive poolside waiter. She sighed and leaned back, enjoying the warmth on her skin.
