Chapter 4

 Beep,Beep,Beep

 I half opened my eyes and pressed "stop" on my phone.11 am.If Nathan didnt call, today was going to be a day off.Maybe I could hang out with Richard.Okay enough.Pancake time! .

  I got off my bed and I went to my kitchen.I plugged my phone to my speakers and opened spotify.God tell us the reason that its wasted on the young its hunting season and the lambs are on the run searching for a meaning,but are we all lost stars,trying to light up the dark?.I loved Adam Levine in the morning.Flour ,eggs,milk.But are we all lost stars,trying to light up the dark?

  I was slightly dancing to the rythm,while whisking the mixture,when I felt two hands grabbing each side of my hips and heard a laughter."Morning babe"Richard said while kissing me on my neck from behind, his intoxicating perfume entering me.

"Morning"I said and smiled.

 I put the mixture aside.Richard grabbed me and placed me on the counter.I was now sitting,facing him.He opened my legs and stepped bettween them. His brown eyes were examining me carefully and his blonde hair looked golden against the sun,

"Thought I'd come by and say hello and I dont know, whatever comes after that"he said and kissed me.When he broke the kiss I spoke.

"I like the sound of that."

"But?"

"But Im making pancakes"

"No ,not now"he said and smiled with a if-you-know-what-I-mean look.

  Richard left one hour later and I went back to making pancakes.My doorbell rang and I grabbed a sharp kitchen knife.But then the voice came."It's Nathan."Oh"Coming"I said and rushed to the door.Whoa Nathan was wearing his uniform.I swallowed.

"Bad time?"he said

"No not at all,Im making pancakes."he didnt speak."Come in"I said.

"Hm..."he said and pointed at me.I looked down. Thats when I realized I was only wearing my underwear and a white long shirt.

"Im going to put something on"

"Yeah you do that"he winked.I smirked.

"Do you want me to continue making those pancakes while you get dressed?"

"Yeah thanks"

  I went into the kitchen five minutes later.Nathan was placing a plate full of pancakes on the kitchen island.I was wearing denim jeans a black t-shirt that said"Team free will" and black converse.

"i didnt know you were a supernatural fan"he said

"I love supernatural and there are a lot of things you dont know about me"

"And I plan on learning, so"he said and pointed at the free chair next to him.

"Did you find the address?"I asked as soon as I sat down.

"in fact I did"he gave me a folded paper."Meet me there at 10 pm."he got up as if to leave

"Where are you going?" I said

"Hm work" he said with a look that had "duh" written all over it.

"Have some pancakes"

"Really?Youre not gonna stab me with that kitchen knife behind you if I stay here another 10 minutes?"

"Tempting but no,for now at least"

"Well arent you a friendly host"

"Eat your pancakes Nathan"

"Okay mom" he said smiling.

  It was 9 pm.I braided my hair and got dressed.Black jeans,black top,black combat boots and gun holsters on both of my thighs.I placed one Glock in each of them.I put on black seaths on both my forearms and placed one knife at each and one in each of my boots.I put on a black leather biker jacket and black fingerless gloves.

  I went with my black Kawasaki Ninja.I saw Nathan.Right on time.Good.

"You so look like Lara Croft right now"

"Uh huh"I said

  Nathat was wearing black military pants,combat boots ,a black t-shirt and he had one M&P9 Pro and plenty of knives on him.

"Lets go in Khaleesi"

"Whoa dont you bring Daenerys into this."

"Or what?"

"Youre gonna get Littlefingered'

"Enough said.Lets go in."

"Lets move"

  Jose lived in a three story house and the garden was to die for.Especially the pool.The house was modern,rectangular with many windows,bulletproof no doubt and the walls were dark brown.It had tall trees around it.

  In the garden there were many bushes filled with purple,red,yellow,white,orange and pink flowers.There was a gazebo in the middle with lights all around it.There were five guards on the outside of the house.Two in the garden,two in the front door and one on the roof with a sniper gun.Great.

"Well use our knives to take them out.We cant risk getting detected by the sniper or the alarm going off."Nathan said

"Lets do this"I answered and grabbed two knives.

  We used the shadows to our advantage.We moved in them.We became them.

"Am I the only one who feels like Sam Fisher right now?"I whispered

"No youre not"I think he winked.

 We were now behind the two front door guards.Nathan signed me to go behind the right one and he went to the left one.We stood behind them."Three"he signed,"Two" and when he signed "one" we slid their throats with a smooth and swift move.They didnt even make a sound.They never do.

"Dont you dare quote Die Hard now"I said to Nathan only one second before he opened his mouth

"Oh come on!"

"Shh time to move"I pointed at the garden"Garden time."

  Same stategy.Shadows,knives,countdown,death.Simple as that.

"Okay only the one on the roof left"I said

"We wont bother with him yet."I gave him a what look."Ill try to bypass the alarm system and then no alarm"he made a ta-da move like a magician.

"Oh grow up!"

"where's the fun in that?"

"I cant believe Im working with you"I said

"Yeah me neither."

"What? how you can work with me?"

"No,how you work with me.If there was anyone else in your place I would have a bullet planted in my head by now."

"Bypass the alarm system" And with that he left and headed for the front door.

  Okay best fight of 2020, "Nathan VS alarm system"

  I was sitting on the ground laughing so hard that tears rushed down my cheeks.

"Come on baby''Access denied "Come on honey"Access denied"Come on!"Access denied"f**k YOU" he burst out."f**k you and the motherfucker that f*****g made you"

  I got up,Nathan was still cursing the alarm system."here let me try."I said and pushed him aside.I started pressing some buttons.

"Theres no way you can do this its imp...WHAT?"

"Done"Access granted

"Well after I left it almost finished for you"he said

"Uh huh right."

  We quietly opened the door,it was dark inside.Good.We started crouching and hid behind objects like sofas or counters as we made our way to the second floor.

  In the second floor there was low lighting.It turns out that this is the entertainment room."This guy knows how to live a good life."I whispered and Nathan nodded.There was a billiard table in the middle of the room.To the right there were three big white sofas and on the wall in front of them,there was a huge samsung smart tv.Bellow it there were game consoles.There was a playstation an Xbox and a wii.

  We moved to the top floor.He must be there.We reached it.Even lower lighting.At first it looked like he wasnt here,but then we heard him talk."I dont care if he doesnt want to give the money.Make him give the money."There was a pause,clearly whoever was on the other side of the line was speaking."I dont care how."he said"Either torture him  or one of his kids.."he started calming down"I dont care what happens I want my money or Im holding you responsible."he said and hung up.

  We waited and listened to see if there would be any more talking ,which would indicate that there was someone else in the office with him.Nothing came.

  "Lets move'I said.Nathan nodded.We were now in front of his door.With a strong kick Nathan opened it wide. 

"What the f**k happened to the element of surprise?"

"Not in the mood.Hello princess."he said smiling.

"Who the f**k do you think you are?Barging in here like that!"

"Who I am?Lets say that Im death."Nathan said

"Whoa,nice one well hello luv."he said looking at me."Who are you angel?"

  I gave him a half smile"Oh I'm sure youve heard of me."I said while grabbing a knife"I am the Reaper." His eyes popped wide open and then my knife landed on his throat.

  Nathan stared at me,just like a child looks at his mom when she has candy on her hands.

"Fine! Go ahead"I said with an exhausted sigh.

  Nathan took a "vigilante" look and stood over Jose.

"Jose Rodriguez,you have failed this city,"

"You ready over there Oliver Queen?"I said

"Come on you have to admit it was cool."I gave him a hard look and then smiled "Fine it was cool"I laughed.

"Lets go Canary"he said

I gave a "why" look to God and started walking.
